In 3 short months I have counted on Tracy for 3 different funerals, one of them for my own father. She always showed up and showed out with the most beautiful flower arrangements. You walk in and your eye is drawn to them. I was impressed when she did 2 leaf arrangments for my uncle, the purple orchid leaf arrangement was exquisite! But she really stole my mom's heart creating a 'Papa' bouquet for my father. A gift from my mom and his only grandson on his final day. My husband and I had a yellow and white leaf arrangment that was huge and so beautiful to look at. She just did one for my best friend's mother, another stunning bouquet. I will never go to anyone else for arrangements again. All in all, she has done 5 bouquets for me in this short amount of time and I will never trust anyone else but her! The attention to detail, even the way the ribbon is written and placed matter so much to me. This was the first time I’ve ordered floral arrangements from Thien Lan Florist. I’m very happy to leave a stellar review for them! Totally efficient process of ordering via text messaging and very fair and straightforward pricing. I ordered 3 arrangements: one off their sample pictures and for the two others I deferred to the florist’s artistic discretion for arrangements in Christmas theme. Thien Lan Florist delivered with service above and beyond! We had a full day of visiting three different families. I texted the florist what time I would arrive to pick up the arrangements. I placed an order with Thien Lan Florist for the first time for my father's funeral, with less than a week's notice. It was such a positive experience for a difficult time, that I wanted to make sure I share it. I placed my order via text message based on their numbered website images. I requested all white flowers which they had no issue accommodating. They were super quick to respond, professional, and the process was so straightforward and easy. My order arrived and was set up on time and as beautiful as pictured/ specified. What I also deeply appreciated was the man who delivered it. He expressed his sincere condolences and even offered a small prayer and bow of respect for my dad. I would highly recommend this business to everyone and not hesitate to work with them again for future needs.

This is my first time placing funeral arrangement with Thien Lan for my friend's dad. To my surprise it was beautiful that my friend said it took center stage along with her dad's picture on funeral day, Friday. I only went on viewing day. My other friend was impressed that it only cost $150. She wished for the same store in San Diego since she was going to another funeral same weekend. I placed order on Wednesday night and it was delivered Thursday afternoon. Lan was very professional and attentive. For my budget, she recommended that I placed the lowest arrangement. She then said that the Chapel of the Oak at Oak Hill Funeral Homes is a little dim, best that all flowers are white. I'm very happy of the flower arrangement. Thien Lan Florist will be the only store for all my flower orders.

I can't thank them enough. It was Father's Day weekend and boyfriend was in and out of his station all day. They called me and said they stopped by three times already and no one was there to drop the flowers off to. They stopped by an hour later a few more times and still no one there. I mentioned to them to just drop the flowers off at the back of the station and he will get them whenever he gets back. Boyfriend received them and loved them. Pricing is very reasonable. I ordered a basket of flowers for $95. I ordered via text and provided a picture sample. The flower arrangement was beautiful and bigger than the sample I provided. This was the first time I ever went to get flowers from a flower shop. I asked for a dozen roses and was given a beautiful bundle that included them! The employees were very nice to help me cheer up my girlfriend with the way they gave me the extra service. Tracy was very accommodating with my last minute order. The arrangement came out impeccable. Delivery timing was about 30 mins behind schedule, but this was not a big deal. Price was very competitive and if anything a bit lower than other nearby florists. I will gladly go back again. It would be great if the website can be better improved for the flower viewing, selection and ordering.and the messaging for the card can be done online

Thien Lan Florist did a great job on the 5 sprays for memorial service I ordered ! They not only fulfilled the customized requests on the flowers and colors, the flowers were very fresh and nice . The sprays were large and very beautiful! Also noteworthy, I ordered labels written in Chinese, and the labels were nicely done without any errors and in great lithography penmanships !

Was needing to order flowers last minute from out of town and was incredibly fortunate to connect with Tracy. She was so kind and thoughtful, considering the flowers' significance, and offered to get the order delivered the same day. The process was very simple and she provided photos of the flowers prior to delivery - the family loved them and the arrangements were gorgeous!

Michael is an artist. He produces a product which you can not purchase online. You simply talk to him, talk about the person(s) who the flowers are for, and he creates something personal and unique. I think it's the personal touch that makes these flower arrangements special. I am very pleased and will continue to use Buckets.

I had my prom corsage and boutonnière made here and it turned out beautifully. The quality lasted all day and kept up great for photos! Tracy was very easy to work with and she made sure exactly what I asked for was what I would get. I would definitely recommend coming here, the prices are awesome for such amazing work.
