I spent over $36 on Nike baseball cleats, Nike baseball pants and Nike shirt for my sons baseball season. The pandemic caused his season to be canceled before it began and the Ross stores were closed as well. When I got the time and they were open I came in to exchange for some stuff my son can use (football cleats). The girl that claimed to be the manager (Cassandra) was God awful, completely condescending and disrespectful in the way she approached the situation hiding behind "store policy". She wanted to give me a total of $14 due to the items being marked down. I explained that his season was canceled and I would never be able to use the items bought. She told me I could "call customer service if I didn't like it" I will never shop at this location again

“Can we get someone over here to deal with her?!” These were the words of the Ross employee spoken to my wife, shopping at this Ross location earlier in the day. My wife was about to enter the changing room with our 4 year old and 2 year old. Both children had small toys intended for purchase upon completion of shopping. The attendant insisted that no items other than clothing could go into changing room. When my wife politely challenged this policy she was met with high degree of rudeness and an unpleasant attitude. Awful customer service. Do Not Shop Here if you are the mother of small children. Happy that my spouse left behind $60 in purchases.

The store was fort and one of the workers was extraordinarily rude. I went with my mother and she wouldn’t allow us into the bathroom after letting another group in. She then proceeded to stare at me while I waited for my mother to come out of the bathroom so I can use it. I believe her name was Deloris but she never introduced herself and made it seem like it was a struggle to let us into the bathroom. I’ve been to my fair share of stores and can deal with the clutter but I can’t deal with rude staff. As a retail employee I understand some people have bad days but this was ridiculous

Went in and the cashier to say it in a nice way were rude! CT was ringing us out, when I had asked a question it was late at night I was tired so I may have asked the question in a wrong matter but as Mary walks by him she says something about my question in a very disrespectful way as if I was stupid. Don't make customers feel stupid over a question. And if it wasn't a comment toward me and saying something over the walkie-talkie to someone else, how wrong is it to talk about other coworkers ugly in front of other customers. Very rude and disrespectful

worse experience we bought our Christmas presents here.we bought purses for my sister it had all the paper inside looked clean on the outside I wrapped it and when my sister opened and took all the paper out of it looking for anything hidden she found 5 cents and lots of hair I was so embarrassed ross sold me a used nine west purse I called the manager who's name is Cassandra and told her what had happened and she told me nothing they could do without a receipt or ross tags it's not right we lost our money and are embarrassed

This Ross is usually pretty busy, but has a lot more selection available due to it's location (nearby Norterra shopping center). I'd give it 5 stars, but the location seems a bit understaffed. That's no fault to the team working there. They all have excellent customer service skills and I haven't felt weird or unwelcome when coming into the store at any point. All-in-all, it's a good Ross to visit if you're looking for more/better selection. However, do expect at minimum a small wait for checkout.

Biggest Ross I've been to. They always have a bunch of stuff compared to other locations. Sometimes they’re wayyy overstocked and there’s merchandise on the floors but I love shopping here. Just found out they restock Monday-Saturdays and do markdowns every week on different sections of the store. I wish they had more employees to help keep the store super clean because this location is so big/busy it could use it. Maybe it’s due to call outs, short staff, corporate not giving enough hours, etc.

Haven't been there in several years, b/c it was so disorganized & hard to find what you were looking for. Went there out of desperation! I'd been looking for something nice to wear to the theatre, and kept coming up empty. This time I found the perfect pants in under five minutes, priced well BELOW my budget! It is now nicely organized, everything is neatly displayed and sizes clearly marked. Next time I need something special, I'll check out Ross first !!!

The clothes are fine but this store itself is scary! Shopping for about 10 minutes and a guy starts yelling at his girlfriend. Another shopper steps in argument continues security never walked away from the front door and basically it's scared the rest of the shoppers out of the store. They need an actual security person rather than a teenager with a shirt. This is the exact type of incident where someone comes back with a gun. We got out of there!

The employees are not helpful at all. Even management is unwilling to help. I tried to return an item I bought no more than mintues later, and the cashier refused stating I needed to wait 24 hours for the sale to process. She was even the one who sold to me and acknowledged that I was just there but said she could not complete the return. I paid with cash and asked what needed to be processed but neither her, or the manager, would answer.

Went to return an item and I was accused of wearing it. I hadn’t. The pants were as I bought them. I was told they don’t take back clothes with animal hair in them. I own no pets. The pant were as I bought them!!!! This location is one of the worst Ross’s I have been to and I will not be returning after being treated like I’d done something wrong. I took the pant back at another Ross’s with no issues.

When I go to Ross, I go in looking for a particular item. I know not to ask any questions of the sales people and/or management. They are far less than helpful. And forget about trying to exchange something, won't happen smoothly. If you think you might want to return it, don't buy it there. Go somewhere else that has a more customer focused retail environment. Maybe T.J.Maxx across the parking lot.

HUGE store!!!! Clean, but not currently organized there are toys and isles of stuff on the gloors making it hard to navigate at times. Has great stuff that is extreamly high end and nice for the ross pricesm the girl at the register gave my husband a. Discount on a chain that i dobt remember maybe a link was a little weird. Staff has been friendly tbe 2 times i have visited.

This place was so ridiculously disgusting. The place looked like it was ransacked or robbed and said screw it! Just leave the doors open for the animals. Smh completely appauled at their "customer service" if that's what accusing a fellow shopper of mine an told her "just so you know I'm watching you!" CRREEP. I WOULD HAVE RATED THIS STORE A ZERO IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!!

This store used to be my favorite store to go to, but now since it's reopened after covid, it is the filthiest most unorganized store that I've ever been to. I will not go back. Customers just put anything in other areas of the store and the people that work there don't even clean them up! That is ridiculous! Where is quality control in that store?

I was disappointed going to this store. It was not very clean and organized at all. Very frustrating trying to shop when there's product on the floor. People were sleeping in the chairs that were on display for sale and you could not shop in section because of the lazy people. All of in I left empty handed because it was not fun shopping here.

Shame on that women name April. Poor , poor customer service. Since us entering at the store. No clients . Not busy. Just lazy and rude! she recalls having her own business ? . The selection can be hit-or-miss, but when you find something you want, there's no better price in town. I always find gems at the cosmetics and skincare sections! There was also great bargains in pictures and wall hangings. I've never found any clothing that I like here, but the house and home stuff can't be beat.

Wide selection to choose from and this store is open until midnight for people like me who works long hours and never find a place open when I need something like a "last minute gift", ...plus customer service is excellent here. Love this store is well organized, clean and you can actually find things without having your cart get stuck on hangers laying on the floor etc., fast check out and staff is focus on working as well as on customers not chatting away being loud while store is a mess. Great store by far my favorite one!

Probably one of the two worst run Ross stores in the chain. Been visiting this location for many years, and every time I go back, I wonder why the heck I went back. Unorganized (very), dirty, extremely poor selection versus other Ross locations. *The other bad location is Bell and 7th Street.

racks not well organized, shoes all over the place. Lines so long to check out you really have to plan ahead if you want to buy something here. Other staff standing around at check out just watching the long line of customers wanting to pay for their goods but not stepping up to help

Ross and I have a great love affair going on. This is by far the best Ross. It's always clean, organized and everything is priced low for quality merchandise. I have been to many other locations and this one rocks. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the worst Ross I have ever had the displeasure of visiting, aisles were filled with product all over the floor and customers literal rotting discarded food on shelves that had obviously been left there for a long time, avoid this location.

I feel like the roses have the same things as the ones in yavapai County and also compared to each other so if ur looking for different nice things I would suggest to shop at a completely different store Otherwise still have mice things here tho

Was looking for srt to hang on the wall. Didn't find anything that stood out to me, but that's how its goes. Which is fine by me. Sometimes you find what ur looking for, sometimes its something else. Either way one of my fave places to shop.

The entire sales floor of this Ross store has been a complete mess the last few times I have shopped at this location. I have worked in retail and understand it gets busy and being short staffed can cause issues but it is completely unsafe

I am visiting here in Phoenix, & I absolutely love this store. It caters to my style of clothing, along with so much more. The only thing I regret is that we don’t have a chain store in MICHIGAN, & there is no online website to shop from.

Terrible service. Very filthy store. Will not be going there again. Suggest you tell your employees to smile and at least say hello and thank you. Too many children of customers running around unattended. I think I will stick with Amazon.

Looks a little bare. Lots of empty home decor isles and empty shoe space. Empty clothes racks. Almost no Halloween. Super long line to checkout... But the three cashiers worked very efficiently... So I was impressed how fast it went

Great selection of clothes for a cheap price. I often buy 20.00 pairs of sneakers for the gym here. They also have a variety of cologne, jewelry, kitchen supplies. Ross is a great place to shop and get name brand items for cheap.

The cutest dresses. I needed a dress for a wedding & it seemed like every dress was the one. I literally had 12 dressed when I went to the dressing room. I finally decided on one & for so many compliments. The shoes too!

If you take the time to look around, you can always find good deals. I purchased a Coleman cup for hot/cold beverages for $8.99. That cup comes in handy for traveling. The prices on the clothes is very reasonable.

Ross has a variety of name brand clothing at reasonable prices. They also have snacks, water bottles and jewelry. There's fancy clothing, summer, winter wear, shoes, bathing suits and sizes for the whole family.

This Ross store has unbelievable store hours. If you're looking for a last-minute shirt pants or dresses this is the place to go. The staff here is very helpful in finding what you're looking for quick and fast.

Good place to shop, a good guy named Steven let us bring a Walmart shopping cart in the store, we just needed to buy a few things, great manager. We need more people like him. Keep up the good work Steven! ☺️

I love Ross! They got so many great products with such good deals I don't buy jeans there really but I buy short socks underwear things like that, great place oh and shoes of course!

Guess they don't want you buying a lot of things since they only offered tiny small shopping bags they say screw it for the people who ride the bus or walk to where they need to be

Our cashier Andrea has poor communication skills she showed no customer service skills and was very withdrawn. I wouldn't come back to this location if I knew she was working.

Very nice and very big store.. it was pretty crowded on a Saturday but the selection was much better than any other locations in north Phoenix. It was a pleasant experience.

This location always has a ton of inventory to choose from. That being said their check out lines are some of the longest of any Ross I've been to (and that's several).

I get most clothing and accessories from Ross. Sometimes it's hit and miss, but this location had a lot this time... Especially a lot of shoe options.

This is a typical Ross store. The only thing special about it is the changing inventory at all times. Would recommend to anyone.

Very busy. Masks are required. TSA Precheck line was very fast. Give yourself plenty of time to get through Security, etc.
