Always overwhelming for someone like me who has anxiety, but then you add the mess and I want to run, but they have what I need for cheap....so I pop a Xanax before I go and hope I don't need two this visit. Ill trip over a pile of clothes, someone's kid, the person in front of me will walk as though they are the only one who exists, the guy behind me will follow too closely and clip my heel with his cart. Ill try to find someone in softwares (which is the entire store) and all associates are playing hide-n-seek somewhere. Ill find them all chit-chatting at the Customer Service Desk. They'll look at me with mouths wide open and nothing but space between their ears, when I ask if they "have these towels in another color?" Then I decide I don't want towels from this store anyway. As a matter of fact, the two hours I just spent in here contemplating the possibility of going to prison for murder and filling this basket with nonsense, will be two hours I'm happy to never get back. I leave the cart right there at the CS Desk and I go to Target instead. The land of red rainbows and Moms who left their kids at home the instant Dad walked in from work. Target! The place Moms go to think about their lives before kids, what they'd be doing now if they waited a few more years to start a family, and how much time they have til closing (because she's going to drink a Starbucks coffee, eat chocolate, and one of those bags of popcorn ALL TO HERSELF...no filthy little hands grabbing for your last bite of Godiva). For this is where you get to make big DIY plans that you'll never really finish (accept on social media...it will appear complete there. Because you finally got the right angle, and hid the unfinished backside). Anything is Heaven compared to the Blue Gates of Hell, so we don't dare complain. We are proud Targetonians. Blue Hell can suck it! You decide: am I talking about Walmart or Ross/Marshalls/TJMaxx/Homegoods/WhoCares? Does it really matter?

I don't understand people reviews sometimes, reviews like they didn't accept my last year purchase, they forgot the security sensors, why the place is a mess and etc. Don't we realize , we as a customer are the ones whom make the store this way, the employees running around like crazy trying to fix our bad habits. Our kids are running around, make a mess and we just ignore and expect nonsense. Just because it's a barging store with nice prices, doesn't give us the right to disrespect the place or the employees. If we go to Saks or Nordstrom, do we behavie like that? We should ask ourselves. This is holiday time, and people are acting or are busier, it goes for everyone. I give this people 5 stars, and I hope someday we learn to leave comments to be helpful not to trash something. I really appreciate this place with long hours to be here for people with different schedules. My thanks to the management and the rest!

Location filled with great finds at a bargain! There were lots of items from clothes, bedding, bath items (shower curtains, toilet brushes, towels, etc.), Pet toys, Art supplies, small automotive supplies, housewares, etc. The store was neat and well organized. The staff was friendly and efficient. This location closes at 11:00pm on Saturdays (per hours of operation on door), but closed at 10:30pm. Management needs to change the hours listed on front door to notify customers of closing early. I observed customers being turned away 30 minutes before closing. This is bad business practice, especially since I live 21 miles away. Luckily Burlington is open until 11:00pm, which would gladly take the business. If you shop during the day, you should have no problems. For late night shoppers, I would recommend the competition.

So I come to this Ross all the time it is right near my home, and I use to love it but they recently changed there times of when they are open and have not updated the websites properly. So therefore I didn't know this and drove all the way over here, they were closed when it says they are suppose to be open and waisted my time. When we called to ask them what time they open a guy answered and was very rude, he said yea we open at 9am and when we told him about the sites that all say different times and that it's misleading he was like ok yea we open at 9am and then hung up he didn't care at all about us as customers and was just completely rude to us. So for this, now me and my family will not be shopping here again. So are business is gone forever now.

I bought a rug from this store in August a worker had failed to remove the other end of the security tag I ended up stepping on it (I’m relieved it was me Instead of my 3 year old daughter) my room mate had to pull the tag and rug from the bottom of my foot. I also have more pictures and video footage from the aftermath. I have followed up with Ross store manager James and their injury company sedwick but they haven’t followed up with me I am still waiting keep in mind this was the end of August and it’s almost December now. I called Ross stores repeatedly and they did nothing to help.

The customer service here is AWFUL! Spent a great deal of time choosing some items to try on & I go back to the "CLOSED" fitting rooms. When I go to the front to ask a (lady with crazy eyebrows) says they don't have anyone to run the fitting rooms... Without offering to go back & let me try these items on, she says IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT!!! WTH - YES IT IS BECAUSE YOU SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO GO BACK THERE INSTEAD OF STANDING AROUND TALKING TO THE SECURITY GUY!! I hope management sees this review and does something about it!

I've been going to Ross for a long time. They are a good bargain clothes store but do beware- sometimes 'bargain' is more like 'wear it once then throw it out', because you'll only ne able to wear what you bought once or twice before it falls apart. They are almost always extremely busy, or they don't have enough cashiers to handle the business. They do have some cute clothes though, and I've had some decent shirts and jeans from them, as well as some household items that are cheaper and of decent quality.

This is a pretty good Ross location. It has a good variety of products, a little higher end then other Ross locations I'veseen because it's in Chandler, so good selection of brand name/designer products. They have home goods, clothes, shoes and kids clothing. They are NOW CLOSEDAT 10PM, even thought 11pm is posted, so take note! Also, It's in a plaza that also has Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx and a few other stores, so theres a lot to see. You can even have Chandler Fashion Mall across the street.

They have Great deals here and the clothing is good quality for the price . I love this store. I always find something good. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. The lines can get kind of long when it is busy, but definitely worth the Hassel . Just fyi if you return anything make sure the tags are still attached,some of the cashier's are funny about taking things back if the tags have been torn off. I got two maxi dresses. One was $9 and the other was $13. Great deal for dresses

I absolutely love this location. I've been going to this location for a few years now, however over the years I have noticed that the store has become more unorganized. I feel like because it's becoming more popular and more people are going there they just don't clean as well as they should. And I don't mean clean as in stuff being spilt on the floor and merchandise being literally dirty, it's more along the lines of organizing their shelves rather than just throwing them together.

I changed my five star review to a one. I had twenty minutes to shop they close at 10, I knew of this, I was only going to purchase one item. One security guard was so rude he was telling me to come back tomorrow and turning my service away while one security guard was telling me to go in, I ended up walking away. While I was leaving another women walked up and they let her in with no trouble!! i am not coming back to this location, horrible costumer service

I truly love our local Ross! This place is great for household needs such as glasses, dishes and kitchen needs. They also have nice décor' for the home. This is a great place to go for an inexpensive but nice gift. They also have GREAT prices on summer swim suits, HALF THE COST of most stores! I buy my husbands dress shoes for work at Ross. This store is fairly clean, employees seem nice enough but the prices are GREAT!

Ok so the wife goes here and Michael’s religiously. Needless to say I get bored meandering up and down the aisles so I tend to wander off just to kill time. Well this last time was fine and all but when I brought out my mini torch “Preston” I started a very manageable fire but of of course chief Everett had to come down and confiscate it but he did find a killer kitchen set so I guess it was a good time for all.

Cashier #166285 not 1 thank you upon purchasing, no bueno. This place is open til midnight but treat you like an enemy or an inconvenience before closing. Never encountered 1 welcoming employee with customer service experience at any location. Especially the "managers". You're in the wrong career if customers anger you so much.

I hope I could give zero star . This location hasn't no good customer service, they don't care about customers and they don't have respect . they don't have no manager to manage store , there are just one rude lady that she didn't know anything about the managment,if she is still manager this location , they won't no customer.

People nice and great deals but as we all know they're never just clean consistently, as compared to Marshall's for example. Larger sizes men's shoes 13-14, and XXL outerwear is slim pickings - I end up at Burlingtons for that. They need more backpacks as well. Overall, ROSS is ROSS.. good deals if you can find them.

Prices are starting to raise... still love this place but we may be losing what made us fall in love with them in the first place. I love that idea in this economy, and the best part is you don't have to choose all at once. Like I said, it's a pants this week, shirt next week store.

I found a swimsuit bottom with no tag. They looked up the item but couldn't tell if it was part of a two piece swimsuit. They looked for it and didn't find it and gave it to me for $5.99. I've been trying to find bottoms that I liked for so long! Thank you! I love it.

It's becoming difficult to find a good assortment of men's clothing here. Usually visit every couple of month's to see if new clothing products have been added, but haven't purchased much there in the last couple of years. Last visit a lot of shelves were in disarray.

This is a good, clean store and also our favorite location They always have tons of stuff. The whole family always finds atleast one item to pick out. I would say customer service is ok... not terrible and not pushy and on your toes like some retailers .

Always something I like at Ross. Seems that they have made big improvements in the cleanliness in all the stores (I go to many). I would give five stars if only there were more cashiers when needed, as well ones with nicer attitudes.

Good deals. The dressing rooms were closed and they opened 2 small rooms in the front of the store for customers to try on clothes, seems a little silly since they have a full sized dressing room in the back just sitting back there.

Next in line....snotty teller took the next customer in RETURN line. I brought all of my merchandise back to the isles and walked out the door. They seemed to wonder why. I'll never bother spending my money here again.

I found the comfiest pair of jeans and another pair of really comfy Levi’s here. I really had given up on Ross for plus size clothing but this location definitely changed my mind. It was also clean and well organized.

There prices are higher than other Ross stores. The selections are very poor for clothing. The dresses they have are outdated. Shoe selections very poor. I was very disappointed and will not return to this location.

We had bought our Aunties some Christmas mugs here but unfortunately even though we wrapped them really well they got broken on the trip. I went back to try to see if they had anymore but they didn't.

Place is not even worth it anymore. How is it dress for less when it's more expensive than regular retail. This place used to rival goodwill and now it's not even worthy of the name dress for less.

I was going to buy about $100 worth of clothes, but I had limited time. Only 2 cashiers on duty. That's ok, I bought what I needed at another store with cashiers that didn't have a half hour wait.

I love coming here but sometimes the ilisle r cluttered and u cant get down there because they stick the racks right in the middle but i still give them 5 stars because the staff is really nice

The welcome in security vest guy was sooo rude and low to me when I explained to him i couldn't wear a mask. He has sooo much hair all over his face and glasses.

This time, the Ross in Ahwatukee was ransacked. The one by Chandler and 101 had more merchandise, like it was just restocked for the coming Mother's day.
