bought hair clippers here for my husband and when I opened at home it was used with all the hair on it! gross! Went to return it the next day but I lost the receipt so the manager said she couldn’t do anything. She made it look like I was ripping ross. I told her I can give her the bank transaction from yesterday if she needed it. plus she can check the cctv of the exact time I bought it as same time my card was charged. It was my fault for losing the receipt but Im not lying that the item i bought was used! Anyway. make sure you check your items that you buy on this store first before throwing the receipts out. lesson learned the hard way.

Was there with my 1 year old granddaughter. A pedestrian stopped this thug who had a back pack full of merchandise at the door, not even 5 ft away from us. The women called for help, Manager was on her lunch, would not come out. The guy came back in and stole two huge containers of cologne. Manager could care less, never came out to help her only employee. Manager is lazy and useless and needs fired !!! Shut the store down, or get security to protect their staff and their customers !! This was purely Disgusting !

I absolutely love this Ross. I have to come here at least once a week because they've got such great items and such wonderful deals. It is the cleanest and most organized Ross I've been in. This store is my new favorite place to shop. The cashiers are so nice. The floors are clean, items are where they're supposed to be, not in another department or all over the floor. Good job staff for making it a great place to find anything your looking for.

Great selection! Always love Ross... But this visit? Omg theft galore. We felt bad for the cashiers and NO SECURITY around? People were walking out the door left and right while we were checking out so sad and irritating that nothing could really be done! They just walked and got away. For cashiers safety, hope store managers sees this and adds extra security asap esp for holidays hours! Otherwise happy with our purchase.

I shop here a lot and it’s pretty frustrating that they keep using adult hangers for toddler clothing. I bought my son a bunch of shirts just for them to all have stretched out collars.. I washed and dried them and they never shrunk. Super irritating. Even one of the girls taking hangers off made a comment about it but I didn’t think anything of it.

I shop at Ross about once a month, and it's always a positive experience. This particular location is pretty far from my house. Stopped in after doing some shopping at Anthem Outlets. Ross has spoiled me! The prices at the outlet stores were still higher than Ross. Also really nice to be able to compare brands under one roof.

Grant has exceptional customer service he helped choose between two tommy Hilfiger glasses and I was satisfied with his recommendation also seen that he was going above and beyond to ensure every customer is assisted highly recommended this location for anyone that has a local ross with scarce selection.

One of the worst places to shop at for clothing and good luck trying to find your size. Everything is out of order in the racks and the place looks like a train wreck that doesn't do a good job at keeping displays stocked. The store is always dirty and to top it all off, the line is always long.

This location is awesome. The store is clean and clothes are spaced out and correctly placed in the right size. No clothes or items on the floor. Lilybeth and Everly is so amazing. Other locations should take note and use this location as an example for terrific customer service.

Great deals on shoes and decor. I don't shop here for clothes, just everything else. If you have a small dog like I do, and I mean 3 pounds small, they have clothes that fit! My little dude needed a sweater and xs never fits him at petsmart here he can wear it all!!!

I couldn't believe I was at Ross. The floors were so clean. No clothes on floor. Isles were wide enough to get through with cart. It was so clean compared to other times. There wasn't long lines even with one cashier.

Employees are not customer conscious at all. The woman who appeared to be in charge thought correcting her coworker for five minutes instead of helping push customers out would be a better use of her time.

The staff here has been friendly and helpful in my experience. The merchandise can be hit or miss, but over all a good selection.
