I was in this Ross location today with my mother and I had dirty hands from my skateboard so I asked if I could wash my hands before I touched any of the merchandise the loss prevention worker was very attentive to all the needs that I had right from the beginning it wasn't even his job and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. On the other hand when I got to the restroom I asked the lady(her name was Bianca) that was standing by the fitting rooms where the restrooms are if she could point me in the direction of the restroom and very rudely she said no you can't there's someone in there she wanted to tell me that I couldn't use the restroom but since there was someone in there already she didn't have a choice. She proceeded to tell me I was to wait until the one person that was in the restroom hadn't left do 26 ft rule they had to which I replied isn't that rule lifted? She says no not here and it's store policy. And then let me into the restroom. I was in there washing my hands and the gentleman that was in there before me left and another gentleman comes in right after him so it seems she was willing to enforce the 6ft rule to me but not to the gentleman behind me. When I expressed to her my what my disapproval with the way I was treated she refused to give me her name. I felt like she was rude to me because of the way I looked I guess I'm not sure but I was enraged and I told the gentleman up front where it happened and he ensured me he would have a talk with her and the manager.

I love shopping at Ross because of the great prices. If I wanted great customer service I would shop at Nordstrom, but I am currently 8 months pregnant and don't want to spend a lot of money on something I will not wear for more than a month. I visited this location around 2pm on August 20, 2018 to get a few shirts for work. When I went to try them on at the fitting rooms, the woman working back there was beyond unpleasant. She did not great me in any way. When I asked her if I could leave my shopping cart while trying on clothes she sighed heavily and rudely told me to leave it in the aisle way. She made no attempt to explain what I needed to do before taking my items into the dressing room and therefore got annoyed with me when I tried going in without her counting them. When I came out she was rude to me because I did not put the shirts I was buying back on the hangers...I will not return to this location again because of the way that staff member made me feel.

If i could give this place an NEGATIVE 1 i would. Unprofessional does not even cut it this store needs to be shut down. Went in and found a great deal went to check out the young lady grab all of my items and had her manager to check the price of the items(really) then came back and told me this unreal lie...i advised her to try it again i told her i use to work there and i know they don't do not put NEW EMPLOYEE'S on reductions they have a process soooo don't try it she was yout can talk to the manager about it. I told her i will but then she's had to take a call. I she why brick and morter is going out of businesses next time I'll order from AMAZON, maybe Target since they can get it righ . Oh and this is all over baby hand and face wipe that was reduce to 1.47... i guess this site gets what they pay for... never again

Horrible Experience! Rude workers!! Dirty store!!! They keep the bathroom locked. My 3 year old had to go potty. We asked the fitting room attendant to unlock it so she could use it. She refused and said I needed to wait until she helped the customers in line trying clothes and she began counting the clothes of customer in line. I told her my 3 year old really needed to go. She shrugged her shoulders and said she will need to wait. I said that my 3 year old can’t wait like an adult can. I said can I have key. She said no. She said she had to push a button but refused to until all customers trying on clothes were counted. Absolutely crazy!! Had to confront manager who was unsure how to handle it even after saying that it was unacceptable! Poorly run! Don’t usually shop at Ross and will not go back!!

I live in the area and have been shopping here for over 6 years and today I witnessed one of the security guard going through a young lady person of colors bags looking for stolen goods, which he did not find! It was very uncomfortable for me to watch this, especially since she did not do anything or steal anything. There's a lot of homeless in the area and I fear that these employees have been desensitized to their jobs, it's very unfortunate to see them treat someone that way in the world's current situation!! I will not be shopping here anymore and have removed all stars associated with this company and I encourage you to do the same, he had no reason to do what he did for such cheap and meaningless items, very unfortunate!!

This used to be a good Ross location. It has gone done in past few years Partly due to clientele & hired staff Store goods are often disorganized and misplaced. Staff interacts only if they feel they have to - after you go looking for them. (partly due to company cutting positions?) Customers at this location can be rude. Many will cut you off, block you, and not move even if asked respectfully. Some will also crowd you if they want to look at same thing. No patience exhibited - even before CO-19. Behavior is often loud, children running through store - no staff addresses it I only went bc I was in need of an item they usually care at reasonable price

Stopped at Ross on 43rd and bought a small credit card holder for my medical cards. Still needed a wallet. So stopped here. They have theirs locked up. Ok I get it. But they're locked up! So you have to push a button get a cashier. Then you have to wait. Then when they come to help you they allow you to get one wallet out of the case. You have to take it to the counter to look at it. Then come back with them to open the case to get another one. What the heck! No wonder people shop on Amazon. No hassle! We're not talking a high-ticket item here. We're talking maybe 15 to $20 Max. I definitely will not shop at this Ross ever again

Such a horrible experience today. Your cashier Valentine/Val is unprofessional, rude and condescending. Please remove him from the front and put someone who wants to work up there. He was talking about threatening to quit if wasn't made full-time/promoted. He was discussing TikTok/capitalism on the floor when his coworker clearly didn't want to engage. He acted as if the people in the line were an inconvenience to him. This is his job, if he doesn't want to be there he should quit. Hire people who need it and be more selective with whom you put in the front end.

Ross has an inventory problem,the plus size women's section has no Rhyme or Reason to it it's just a bunch of willy-nilly not even really cute trying to be youthful-looking tops and leggings and the inventory is really sad for some reason. I don't know if it's because they have to compete with HomeGoods Marshalls and TJ Maxx or Target I'm not really sure but I'm disappointed in Ross I used to find some really cute stuff there but it just isn't happening anymore sorry Ross. I don't know why plus size women would want to wear a Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse t-shirt

So a friend told me that Ross was a good place to get cologne for a good price. Well the prices were low "BUT" you are not allowed to smell any of them unless you purchase it first. Unbelievable ! I am sure if they had a way so people could smell what they are buying they would sell a lot more. I know I would have purchased a couple bottles if I could just smell to make sure it is cologne and not piss. they should wrap all merchandise in plastic and tell people they can only look through the plastic and when they buy it they can try it on. "WOW"

Store was messy and things piled on tables for holiday shopping. Only had one person cashiering with a line of 20+. The second cashier who closed her register informed the only guy at the register that two people had just gone on break and she was leaving ( to where nobody knows) so he called a girl to help who showed up with the biggest frown on her face and an attitude as big as she was. Obvious she wasn't happy about cashing out anybody. She didn't pay attention to the money I handed her and gave me back $10 more change than I was due!

Horrible service, the lines are getting longer because of the holidays coming up. Ross idea to combat this problem is to have 2 employees. One for purchases the other for returns. The gal in returns thinks it is a good idea when your short handed and have 18 people in line is to chit chat with another employee and not work. Guess what it is not a good idea. A little common sense goes a long way. Management, when you consistently get busier and lines are longer another employee maybe warranted. Again a little common sense goes a long way.

This place has decent clothes sometimes and great bargains. When you first walk in it smells like B.O and then it slowly goes away. Never fails. They always have long lines so if you go during the day expect to be there a while. The dressing rooms need updating and the bathrooms are not ideal. Only because we like saving money while still being able buy great name brands I gave it 4 stars.

Indeed a great place for dresses to buy for less. I'll be attending a special event later tonight and I was looking for a place where I can buy a dress to wear to the said event. I have been to the different stores and luckily I decided to give this place a visit for the first time and immediately found a lovely dress. It's like meant to be. Amazing!

Replace another favorite place of Mines Ross I love going to Ross they have everything pictures they have furniture they have everything that you want the people very nice knowledgeable they help you if you need help they have restrooms that clean that place when you can park very big I think everybody should go to Ross they prices are reasonable

I tried coming two times here are 10:30; let me repeat 10:30! The doors were locked both times. It’s ridiculous all I needed was some work pants black work pants it would’ve tooken me less than 5 minutes to find them but I guess these people are just on the urge to go home or something. I would get it if it’s locked at 10:50 but 10:30? Seriously

A friend and I were walking through the parking lot and needed an extra plastic bag for our groceries, and decided to ask this Ross. Before we even asked anything, the supposed manager looked at us and pointed her finger out the door and said" oh no, we don't deal with your kind here." And needless to say, we won't be coming back ever again.

Their section of young girls clothes were slim pickings, probably because of the after Christmas markdowns. The line was long but after standing in line for about 10 minutes, they finally had a 3rd cashier open up and then the line went much faster. Everyone was friendly and the products they sell are decent quality for their price.

If you are looking for the best clothes at the best price then you should shop here. Be sure to check out the clearance section. I've found levis that fit me for $7. They have great deals on shoes too. Looking for jewelry? Yeah, they have that too. Cologne? Yep, low prices. You will pay about half of what you pay elsewhere.

Every Ross I've ever been to and I've been to a lot all over the country has always been a mess...cluttered...things in the wrong places I don't blame the staff because some people just aren't very considerate about that. The staff was nice and I found a couple of unexpected deals, all in all it was a decent experience

This is your typical Ross location and you can expect to find things here like all the others. Like the others the store may or may not be organized depending on how busy that they are. Always a good time to come in and shop for things that you do not need and there are some cool items to be found here at good prices.

My first time in the store at that location, I didn't find what I was looking for but that alright. I was looking for work gloves or acrylic paints. They had a good selection of shoes, but when I went in they were stocking the shelves, its a busy location. I love shopping at Ross. You never know what's you will find.

Nice size store at first I thought it was huge then realized they were just out of inventory being the week after Christmas it's understandable. However with huge lines they only had 2 checkers and both did a shift change at the same time. This could be a management issue or just holiday season kerfuffle.

The location was unorganized and when attempting to find a correct size it was nearly impossible since everything was so out of order. I didn't expect that I would have experienced a location that probably had not even one thing and a lot of clothes were damaged. When shopping here check your items!!

Not happy with this Ross their way only 1 person at the register and the line was so long towards the bathroom when the manager Devonte could of helped and get on the register and he could of put chris that is loss provention and the door this need to go to corperate office this is not right

awesome deals for name brand clothes and open late. I have found some deals on brand name clothes such as South Pole, Nike, Puma, Adidas, Calvin Klein, etc. Added bonus is still having a membership program for customers even though the prices are so low. Practically giving things away.

The employees and Manager are very rude to customers. I went in for a normal return and was treated very poorly. Their credit card machine didn't work and they got very frustrated and took it out in me. Their action were wrong considering I wait Patiently and didnt complain at all.

It is becoming harder to find things at Ross. The stores are always messy and the checkout lines are very long. Prices are good, but if you're not buying what does it matter. They need to get more organized like HomeGoods because they are starting to get as bad as Dollar General.

We got our daughters homecoming dress here. It was a great deal and a good experience. As with any store like this, the merchandise is a bit discombobulated and can be difficult to find everything you hoped to find, but this store keeps it pretty well together for the most part.

This particular store constantly never has any anything my style and have to travel to the desert ridge store. A little bit more even spread of the fox and DC fear would be nice. The distribution center is a sweat shop, defininant points off for that.

Worst customer service ever and the fact that the cashiers kept calling returns first even though the people barely arrived while their line continued to grow. I had only on item in my hand and waited patiently but that personally annoyed me the most.

I like the store for shopping, but trying to purchase the items can be a nightmare. I swear all Ross stores have the longest checkout lines. Many times I leave items that I would have bought because the lines are so long.

Very few sheets and storage baskets now, bare shelves, but they had one cat bed at a good price, which is one of the items I came in for. Screaming kids were very unpleasant, which makes you want to leave and not shop.

Showed up at 10:45 on a Friday night and the doors were locked. Sign clearly states open till 11pm. The security guard just looked at me and smiled and shook his head and then went back to flirting with the cashier.

The customer line extended outside of the ropes and completely down an aisle when I shopped there at 3 in the afternoon on a Sunday and they had only two cashiers. But I got what I was looking for.

Only 2 registers open. About 20 people in line. Being Christmas there should have been more registers open. I ended up leaving and not buying anything. I can't stand in line that long
