I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing. The technician arrived late, seemed inexperienced, and made a mess while attempting to fix the issue. Not only did they fail to solve the problem, but their customer service was also unhelpful when I called to express my dissatisfaction. I won't be using their services again. Better Off Going to Home Depot and get a Handy man Paying $1000 for a $10 part forget the warranty they ended up breaking pipes in my basement now my basement is flooded

I'm having my foundation repaired and that company asked that i call Roto Rooter because they found a root in the piping. Roto Rooter was able to get a tech out within a couple hours. Unfortunately, upon tech's arrival we quickly found we needed someone with a camera. They sent a 2nd tech, Adam, on the same day - and didn't charge for the 1st tech. Adam was able to scope and mark the pipes very quickly. Overall the service was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.

Years back call these company to unclogged my sewer line the problem is their crew run the auger and broke the line and blade-and did not removed. that being said up to this writing my sewer pipe causing problem being clogged up..call them to discuss the issue with a little no help and ask to speak a manager which off duty. Staff put a note to call me back but nothing I hear from them. They don’t stand up their work and avoiding such problem if they don’t make money.

Called roto-rooter for a plugges drain. They sent a subcontractor (Rocket Rooter) they "cleared" the drain, and I asked them to clear the roots too. 3 days later I had a friend scope my drain, found a chunk of steel in the drain that was the original cause of the blockage and was still there, and there was masses of roots at EVERY joint of my drain. Over $500 of cleaning that didn't clean or solve any problem. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The repairman that came to fix our shower cartridge & water tubknob was good & professional. HOWEVER, the company takes advantage of customers & overcharges! Paid WAY too much to have a $50 shower/tub part replaced & installed! Do NOT hire this company unless you are willing to spend too much money. I recommend people try to research & find the tub parts & replace (if possible) the parts yourself.

Can't say enough good things about my Gas Water Heater replacement from Roto-Rooter! Miguel was right on time and took care of everything fast! He couldn't have been more kind and professional. He answered all my questions and the quote I received put all others I got to shame. Thank you Roto-Rooter!

Called 2 days ago made an appointment for Friday between 4-8pm no body showed. Called them back said they would get a tech to call asap. After a hour somebody called rudely saying I never had an appointment and they wouldn’t come. Don’t use this company. They waste your time and are extremely rude.

Great staff. Service is expensive but worth it for their knowledge, professionalism and reliability. I had issues with my main sewer line and they cleared it quickly, without a mess. They sent someone with a camera to check out the line on another day. Grant and Tyler were the best.

This company saved us last night. They sent Dakota to our house late in the evening and he was the best! He'd a hard worker, he fixed the problem, he was kind and offered advice to us as well. I can't say enough good things about him and this company!

It is an expensive service but you’re paying for their professional tools and experience. Kingsley was professional and friendly and helped fix my clog straight-away.
