These guys are frauds. We just bought a house from Sagar Dasaur (Realtor of the selling party). Before we started the deal we had asked for various repairs to be done in and around the house. But they did only 10 out of 30 places where we needed repairs and that too were not done by professionals. Right now, we have a fireplace that according to them is working but upon asking to show how to operate it, no one is responding. There is a central humidifier which they said that it is in working condition and there is no leakage. But upon operating the valve, we cannot even feel that it is working and water starts dripping from the valve. They haven't provided us with the garage door opener of our house yet. They say "I will drop off tomorrow" everyday and then upon calling, the realtor doesn't answer the phone. It was the same situation even before the deal. When there was some process to be done from their side they would take days to process and when it comes to us they would ask us to complete the process soon and keep calling and harassing us. Be very careful when buying house from these realtors.

Bryce Christensen, as associate of Royal Lepage Noralta Real Estate, leveraged his position of realtor to negotiate, amend, delay and ultimately fail to purchase my parents' property. Due to his nearly 2 month delay and false promises, my senior parents are now stuck with a mortgage on a fixed income, as they purchased a home based on the "sure thing" sale of their existing home. I gave Mr. Christensen the opportunity to make it right, after he promised my parents an additional "non-refundable" $1,000.00 deposit in order to guarantee another extension in closing, which he never did pay, and he chose not to. As a realtor and "professional", this reflects very poorly on him, his brokerage and the profession in general. EDIT: Response to reply: If by "open communication" you mean continual false promises that the deal was a "sure thing" in order to extend condition removal for almost two months and promising a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit that was never forthcoming, then yes, I would agree. I am happy to share with you the correspondence throughout.

Melody bois was a great real-estate agent for us she meet all our needs and helped us alot with the purchase of our first home. She was very knowledgeable and we told her what we where looking for in our first home and she found it for us. We are very grateful to have this experience with her. She gave us a ton of information and diferent points of view everytime we were heading to see a particular house. She undrestood our needs so, we found a house where we are happy to live in!
