I had my key but couldn't get into my house because something had jammed the lock. I called three different companies and kept getting sent to call centers. Royal Locksmith was the only company I called that called back with a LOCAL number. Joe arranged for someone to come out right away and made sure everything was completely fixed before sending the invoice. He told me the upfront cost of someone coming out and unlocking and repairing the door, and that was the exact amount I paid, even after asking the technician to come back to repair one more issue. I highly recommend Royal Locksmith and will use them for any lock issues in the future.
