Living in East Finchley, l would like to commend the postman whose route includes Cromwell Close. He is always friendly and very helpful especially recently when l needed help with obtaining forms. East Finchley is a small neighbourhood and it's lovely to have access to a post office and depot with knowledgeable helpful staff. Thank you

Very nice and helpful staff. First time dropping off items at delivery, rather than post office, people working there took their time to explain me everything and went out of their way to write some information on a piece of paper. Opening hours are horrible, thats true, but I never ran into any queues and I live just round the corner.

Worst post men found here!! Lazy, rude postmen ring the bell but don't answer and leave the notes in letter box. Specifically one delivery/post man (most likely African) most of the time wear baseball cap and another person (probably from Nigeria or Ghana) in customer service. No respect and manner towards customers

The worker at the window is not nice at all. That worker speaks to you in a very bad tone. When he atends you he is wearing his earphones. I wanted to return a package and he didnt give me any proof of posting. So I had to take my package to another post office. Awfull service.

Absolutely awful service, said they've tried to deliver and that no one was in, however this not possible as we are a warehouse and someone is and has always been available for the last 20 years we've been trading, no card was left and no proof of attempted delivery.

Well who knew… Royal Mail sorting offices don’t deal in parcels….. no red card left and that’s my fault it seems. I’ve the date, package number, ID, proof of address, even the Royal Mail details for the parcel on the app and an email. Nope

Trying to work out the opening times of this place is like shooting fish in a barrel.Just give in to the fact that whatever it tells you on the website will be incorrect and you won't be disappointed.

This depot and its staff always deliver. I have been a business and personal customer for almost 10 years and I cannot be more happier with the service this team provides.

They claimed to have tried to deliver twice and there's no one home. But we were home both times and the bell didn't ring. They did leave a note and the pick up was fast.

Why are their opening hours so sporadic, inconsistent, and inconvenient?

Place is a joke, no red card left and closes at 2pm everyday.
