I wanted shellac nails - hands & feet. They sat me in the foot spa but took my feet out of the foot spa and continued to cut my nails. No soaking of my feet nor of my hands. After cutting my toe nails ,they applied the polish. Was then moved from foot spa to table where they did the same to my hands and then it was over. The man said $50 however i queried it & was told $45. I was still charged $50. I asked why my feet & hands wern't being soaked - first it was because of covid then i was told that it didnt happen cause i just wanted them painted, well that service wasn't even listed on the brochure & then i was told that a manicure/pedicure would cost me $80 - NO NO NO - the brochure also says $50 for manicure & pedicure with shellac nail polish. I was lied to, twice - to my face, didn't get the service i asked for, rushed through the process & out the door & charged the wrong price. . Verry very very upset. The only positive out of the whole experience is that the actual application of the nail polish was good.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst place ever. I went there because I didn't wanna go to two different shops but she turned my eyebrows into straight lines, didn't do the henna properly and got eyelash dye all around my eyes. The henna isn't even on my eyebrows anymore. Couldn't even do a lip wax properly. When I got home and seen the damage she did I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed that afternoon because I couldn't go to work like that. I paid $80 for these things and she refused to even refund $20. The place I went to get the fixed took photos and they were shocked and appalled, they did their best to fix the problem. Zero professionalism present. Did the quickest and roughest eyebrow and lip thread I have ever received. Pushed my head around without using words. It's not like there was a line up, the staff just could not wait to get back to her phone. 2 hours after the service, eyebrows and lips are still tingling and I am a seasoned threading client who rarely feels pain and pull. Definitely not going back there. Absolutely appalling manners and service.

I went to get my eye brows threaded and she shaped my eyebrows completely different. Then called me 2 hours after claiming my card declined when really the transaction hasn’t gone through yet. Pending transaction process up to 10 business days. I don’t think a business should call you accusing you that your card declined 2 hours later when you’ve received poor service.

Worst experience ever, after 2 minutes she said she finished I asked for more to be taken off, did one thread on either side and said she was done. I walked out with awful and bleeding eyebrows. Won’t be wasting my money going back again, especially as she was more interested in talking to her friends than being any good at customer service.

I love this place. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and I have never received better quality services at these reasonable prices elsewhere. The knowledge is minimal, and results are poor. The lash lift and tint is done horribly, my eyelashes look horrible - one eye so curled that is curls back onto itself, and the other not even curled at all. Barely spoke english, I was not comfortable at all.

I get my eyebrows threaded every month and this is the only place I will ever go. I’ve made the mistake of going elsewhere with the hope of the same result and was very disappointed. Quality, affordable, quick eyebrow threading.I really like this place.

I am a regular here and get my eyebrows threaded and henna. I have a scar in my left brow and they always make them look even and don't take to much off. Best place for me :) I'll keep coming back.
