I had an office lunch here with my colleagues. The place was chosen by the youngest members of the team. They were very happy eating here. I was unfortunately not so satisfied. The interior, to make it rustic, was not raising the appetite. The food was too bland. Chicken is cooked using different types of sauce. If you eat the chicken without the sauce, which you definitely will do, you'll see it's not worth it. Portion of chicken is too much in the orders. After you finish the top part with sauce, there's nothing tasty to eat. Staff were well behaved. Food supplied within 20 minutes of order. I guess I didn't like the place due to my age. Guess the restaurant should be good for couples or eating alone.

I recently visited this place and while the service was a bit delayed, the food quality more than made up for it. Despite the slow service, the staff was friendly and attentive when they did finally get to our table. The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The menu had a variety of delicious options, and we ordered several dishes to share. Each dish was presented beautifully and tasted absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced and the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. Although the service was a bit slower than we would have liked, we were able to relax and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. And when our food did arrive, it was worth the wait. The flavors were so good that we savored each bite and were glad we had ordered so much. Overall, while the service could have been faster, the food quality was excellent and made up for any delays. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others, especially if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere and great food.

Good food. On average their all meals are heavy but tasty. Price wise it seemed great deal to me. The place is not that big, might need reservations during peak times and holidays. Their half a chicken meals are wholesome. The lemon fish meal was very tasty and fresh. But also a bit light than other meals. The korean beet meal was amazing, the sauce were perfect Lemon chicken was nice but the lemon flavor a bit overpowering Other than that all the fried appetisers were very nice and properly portioned. Good place for hangouts and chilling.

I think they are listening to the feedback. A few months ago we visited the Dhanmondi Branch and had a horrible experience. So I was a bit sceptical about going to the Banani Branch. But the experience was certainly better. We ordered Fish Cram, Lemon butter Fish and Half a chicken Type B. All the main items were good. BUT! The fries they provided were practically inedible. I mean this is a basic thing. The cream of mushroom soup was good too.

As we all know rustic eatry is a very hyped restaurant in banani area.onk din dhorei jbo jbo krchilam finally we went there on last Friday..we ordered katsu & fries which was a thin slice chicken breast fried very crunchy.also handcut (mota french fry but nt wedges)fries.me & my husband loved it. Thn we ordered cream of mushroom soup & spaghetti Bolognese we both loved the dishes.. Hopefully we'll go there to try smthing else...

The bolognese spaghetti is usually great but I don't know why it tasted a bit bland this time. The "chicken katsu & fries" was delectable. Korean spicy chicken had a unique taste & the meat was cooked up to perfection. Overall amazing repertoire of mouth watering items!

Half Chicken Type-A Sriracha Chicken, Blackberry Lime

The food was great and worth the money. I enjoyed every mouthful and felt full and happy. I would rate it 9 out of 10 for its taste and price. The only thing that let me down was the liche lime drink, which was dull and thin. It didn’t have the flavor and freshness that I wanted from such a drink.

A classic example of what looks good doesn't have to taste good. Their Ramadan iftar platters were very sub par. All the food tasted bland ant there were a lot of inconsistency especially with the dessert portioning. Staff was cordial but the place was not properly climate controlled. Overall it was a bad experience. But would give them another try with their regular menu. Hope they can redeem themselves.

We went for having sehri. They are serving two set menu for sehri. Buy one get one free. The decoration of the restaurant is good. So for the food review it was below average. Rice was normal. Chicken grill was good. Stuffed chicken and stuffed mashed potato with cheese was only the best thing to have But the salad they gave was totally wasted. Average rating is 2.5 out of 5.

Their foods are always good no doubt on that . This time I took a meal deal worth 995 and the chicken was lil spicy but overall very good. It was almost tough for me to finish my part. The ambiance is also nice but it could be bigger. They also have a smoking zone.

Ordered Jamaican chicken (or whatever it was) and it was decent. The taste was unique. But the amount of rice was pretty low. Also took a long time (around 40 minutes) to process the food.
