Clean dining room as we went. A dirty rag was right at the Hostess station as we entered which had a funky smell to it. Well then the Hostess asked 'how many' without even looking at us and I said hi, 2 pls and she turns around to say wait a min. Okie now , I had set the assumption of this place already by then. We got directed at a table which was dirty and she cleaned with the same rag as I said earlier. Talk about 3 strikes.. anyway, we were seated at a booth which btw had logistical issue to be described in a few. I ordered 2 cocktails which were okie along with double stack quesadilla which is literally what it says. Also, from the burger week participation they have only have 1 basic kinds cheeseburger with fries which he liked and I ordered the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. Fries were very limpy. Our server was a guy with dreads and very nice, cheerful and happy kinda person. Definately made up for the bad attitude hostess lady. The booth couch I was sitting on has a spring inside which was very shaky. I mean I think I my hip hurts . Very very annoying and we'd literally hear the spring I was sitting on. I scooted over a bit and whaddaya know ? I almost fell out. Anywho, I won't be complaining or calling or seeking any medical help - glad it's not needed. Rr was dirty. A bit upkeep or a periodic sweep needed. Will we be back - nope.

We enjoyed outdoor seating which was quite pleasant. Our server offered suggestions as well ordered and I'm so happy she did because everything was really good. We ordered nachos as our appetizer. Even with 3 people there were nachos left so I feel like 4 people could easily share these. We ordered Beef stroganoff & they were not stingy with the portion. There was a good amount of pot roast that was tender & flavorful. Fish and chips were good. The fish has a nice crispy but was tender & juicy inside, not overcooked. Very nice balance. This was served with fries, Cole slaw and tartar sauce. Also got a kids chicken tender meal. This came with 4 chicken tenders and we chose mac n cheese as the side. Tenders had a crisp as well but juicy inside. Mac n cheese was creamy and kids portions were generous as well. We ordered sticky bun with ice cream for dessert. We shared that as well. I wish it came with just a bit more ice cream just so you can have the right cake to ice cream ratio but I'll just pay extra for a bit more next time. We enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely return & recommend.

The absolute perfect place for a lunch time escape from all the stresses and strains of life. This place was both welcoming, situated ideally 5 mins from my place and a perfect place for both food and cocktails. We were lucky enough to get Sarah (or Sara) as our server. She definitely gave us some excellent recommendations as we wanted to try to veer from the "common" cocktails. The Punch was beyond delicious and served in an old fashioned coupe which I loved! My mate got the Pineapple "cosmo" and that was a refreshing kick of deliciousness! The food was also super yummy. I highly recommend the blackened salmon (I had this with a Caesar salad). The perfect combo of hot and cold. My mate got the Philly cheesesteak and the Mac and cheese. I never clear my plate but at this restaurant, yes I did. If you haven't been and you're looking for somewhere for both great food, drinks and music (really decent music which a lot of restaurants don't have), this is the place for you! Very reasonably priced as well for Charlotte and the dishes are decent size so you'll be satisfied and comfortably so!

OVERRATED! We ordered DoorDash. Everything came in plastic which means the condensation made the chicken tenders, chicken parm, and french fries, soggy. The texture of the chicken of the parm became inedible. Weird crunchy type chewy texture that definitely leads me to think it came frozen. I agree with another commenter that the batter shared for different fried items is weird and it would be nice if the description noted that they were battered and fried tenders otherwise I would've advised my coworkers to not order them as I know most people don't care for a battered fried tenders cause it's weird. Even my garlic toast for my parm wasn't good. The bread was dense and puck like. It's just WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for the quality. Food was phenomenal. Service was unquestionably top-notch. I’m writing this review from the restaurant and I was here for happy hour which is between 3 and 6 PM Monday through Friday. Half of appetizers and $12 pizzas is a bargain. Food is so good, unique & full of flavor! The location I am at is South Park. Amazing lighting and such a nice restaurant. I can’t say enough about it. It’s worth coming at all times. You can just get a lot of bang for your buck coming between 3 and 6 PM Monday through Friday and I would highly recommend at the very least try that and coming back for dinner meal. Guinness, gotta love it when it's 94 and feeling like 101. Stopped in here for the first time. Weather was deceptively nice, so we decided to go for the outside venue. I had meatloaf, it's hidden under the two onion rings, but it was sufficient and it was good but they should opt for real brown gravy rather than the tomatoes tasting, whatever it was that was on it. Beans, carrots and mashed potatoes were good. The wife enjoyed her fish and chips once all the grease from frying, was sopped up. It is a nice place to eat, however. Outside scenery was interesting and what I saw of the inside, I liked. Places like this seem, not complete, when you see the bar area completely deserted. Seemed to be following the covid mandates, and the place seemed clean. Nice place to while away an hour or so. I'd recommend the Rusty Bucket and will keep it in mind for a return trip.

I had the worse experience ever ! The food was okay but the customer services was horrible !. I should’ve known this restaurant customer services was low . When we first enter the host never greeted us , she just said “how many” . We never received our sauce we asked for multiple times , the quesadilla appetizer had a lot of season salt . Which would’ve been okay I guess , if we had our dipping sauce . The waiter never came to check on us . Our food was brought out by another waitress, I assumed really did care . She never stop to verify if our meals was correct or if we were satisfied with our meals . We still had to wait awhile before our check was brought out . The drinks were good . Went to Rusty Bucket for lunch in Charlotte NC. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. The indoor space was nice but loved outside more. Service was impeccable! Our server was so accommodating and kept filling my soda water. She also gave us great recommendations for food. I had the buffalo cauliflower. It came with blue cheese and ranch. I also had the Cubano sandwich which the server recommended. It was delicious. I had a side of onion rings with it and they were so crispy and delicious. I also had a margarita because it was margarita day. I opted for the regular margarita instead of the draft. It was OK. Not sure if I would get that again. They did have an extensive beer list. Next time. Would absolutely go back to Rusty Bucket!

This Philly cheese steak wasn't even a whole hoagie roll, for the price I find it ridiculous. The taste is fine it's not really anything special. The mac and cheese had that taste like it came out of a bag with some fancy crumbs dribbled on top of it to make it look better. The fries had perfect seasoning except they were completely undercooked. For those who want to not make plastic waste the to-go container was as thick as frisbee that could give a dog more joy than I had eating that philly cheese steak.When I order a Philly cheese steak I expect to be filled and happy and not want to go get more food that being said my expectations were dashed. If you want meh food and some alcohol this is your stop.

We ended up here by accident. This place was saved in my restaurants to try in Charlotte but I could never understand why after reading the menu, the reviews, and looking at the food pictures. Well after eating here I can see why I don't know why this place was saved. The server was nice. They have fried pickle spears that are humongous, the chips are better at other places. The fries wasn't even good. The fish was okay but the batter looks the same for the tenders, the pickles, and fish...idk strange. We just overall didn't like this place. The prices definitely doesn't go with the quality of food. I was expecting more since it's located in the pristine area of Charlotte lol.

The Rusty Bucket was a pleasant surprise. We were in the area to visit another location but we couldn't be seated. The Rusty Bucket was fairly busy but they welcomed us in and sat us immediately. Our waitress "B" was really friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed Our food came out fast and delicious and the margarita was excellent! The prices are also very reasonable. If I had any complaint it would be that the dining room was a bit small and it was noisy. However, one should expect that for the type of restaurant it is. Definitely, stop by and support this business.

Great food, server was nice. Will definitely be back! Only issue is we were charged for what I believe was a Shirley Temple when my husband only ordered and received a Sprite/Sierra Mist. There was a table nearby that did order several STs so it appears it was an error resulting in an overcharge. I didn't realize it until we had left and my husband refused to return for a few dollars so we ate the extra charge :(

Fantastic appetizers-get the Brussels sprouts and Buffalo cauliflower. Mac and cheese is fantastic-very creamy with just enough breadcrumbs. I watched the chef bring food out himself when servers were busy multiple times which was great to see that they cared so much about your experience. Marcus is an awesome server, definitely request him if you can, today was only his fourth day and we thought he ran the place he was so knowledgeable on the menu and so friendly and comfortable there. Definitely a hidden gem of Charlotte worth eating at more than once.

OMG this place was amazing. From the service to the food. Me and my mom and sister all had the Turkey burgers. Even made my sisters as the sliders. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy this experience but maybe I caught them on a off night. Me date and I ordered steaks and they were so salty. I couldn’t even try to finish mine. We had a cheese dip for a appetizer and It was pretty good. I didn’t really like the seating however because I ended up in the middle of the restaurant. I believe they reserve the booths. Service also took a while to get someone to take our drink order and food order. I probably won’t be coming back but I don’t want to stop anyone from trying out the restaurant.

4.0 I shall explain. The Turkey burger was delicious and beautifully dressed for consumption! I came in late in the evening and the servers were focused on closing and patron focus was a little disheartening. I have had lunch and dinner here on multiple occasions. From wings to pizza to pasta or burgers, they seem to execute everything well. Service is attentive, food arrives quickly. Parking is not the easiest but very accessible with the parking garage close by. Stopped in here for a single serving business dinner. Had the quesadillas which were prepared perfectly with a nice warm, thick, and flavorful outer tortilla with plentiful meat and cheese. The loaded nachos were also very good with plentiful amounts of cheese, beef, sour cream, and some jalapenos for kick. Service was quite good and professional. Warm bar and grille atmosphere. Worth a stop if you are in the Charlotte/South Park area.

My sisters and I had a very nice experience. Dan was very attentive. Our food was served promptly. It was hot and tasty. Two sisters ordered strawberry lemonade; but when two other sisters ordered the same drink, we were told there was not any thawed mix for the drinks. This place is great for indoor or outdoor drinking and dining. They have a very diverse menu but I wouldn’t come here if you’re looking for a healthy meal. We ordered the pickle spears, wings, tuna wrap, pizza and chili burger. Everyone enjoyed each item we ordered. The pizza is made with fresh dough and the ingredients tasted like high quality. The service was quick and attentive. Would come back again.

My colleagues went for lunch and I got stuck at the office. They were kind enough to bring me back my favorite. Chicken tenders and fries lol. A lot of restaurants can’t execute (To-Go) chicken tenders, I know it’s simple but other places have them soggy. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the chicken tenders was crispy. Slow..... I mean very slow. We stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for over 15 minutes. They were not busy it was 2:15pm on a Saturday not exactly a rush crowd. Once seated we sat another 20 minutes and were never acknowledged by anyone! I had to physically get up and walk around asking for a waitress! This place has terrible service and my family and I will NEVER be back!!

Delish! Blueberry Bella cocktail, Rusty Bucket Wings, and Double Bacon Cheddar Burger - Get this! You won't be disappointed! The burger was juicy to the last drop, the fries perfectly seasoned, the wings had great flavor with a little kick...that cocktail was excellent! I could've downed 3 back to back it tasted so good. We'll definitely be back!

We had dinner here, and the experience was great. The dining room was very clean, the staff was very attentive as well. Now, on to the food, it was AMAZING. There was a small mistake made to one of our orders, and the chef personally fixed it, and comped the meal. That kind gesture itself was enough for a 5-star rating!

Love the nachos with no meat! Just cheese, and toppings. They give you enough for two! The wings are awesome as well. They have a full bar and tvs. A lot of people go there to watch games. It is kind of a hidden location but worth the find!

Me and my friends came out tonight based on the reviews—we made a great choice. The food was delish. One of my friends is vegetarian, and the options for him were plenty and his food was so good. Kids got chicken tenders, one of them was fish. An allergy could have been dangerous.. Be cognizant. The fry was not crispy, was oily and soft. The experience was not good. Photo is kids chicken tenders, fries soft. They did adjust the bill when we commented, so the management gets the extra star.

The food was excellent and the wait staff is even better. Young lady that waited on us was very cordial, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the menu. We were visiting Charlotte and weren't familiar with the area but are very happy with our choice. Give them a try, it's well worth your while!

Great Atmosphere - Great Food! The taco salad was amazing. This old school spin with fried tortilla, shredded lettuce, and ground beef was amazing. My husband enjoyed the fish tacos and the rice and beans had wonderful flavor! The Double Stack bacon cheeseburger was my daughters favorite!

We went to this place when we lived in C-Bus (Worthington, OH) on a weekly basis. I am so glad they opened one up down here in Charlotte! I feel right at home, the food is consistently great, and the service is great. This will be one of our favorite restaurants down here in CLT!
