I had a particularly difficult purchase, by no fault of Ryan or Compass. The professionalism and way the rough waters were navigated is something to brag about. My wife and I recently sold our long time condo in downtown San Diego. Over the years we have gotten to know Ryan as a successful and knowledgeable real estate agent in the 92101 zip code and surrounding areas. His regular newsletters of the San Diego market were always timely and informative. When it came time to sell our condo there was only one choice for our agent. Our scheduled move out of state required that we would have to be absentee sellers and Ryan would be required to be the sole onsite coordinator of everything. Through the entire sales process he handled everything admirably. From difficulty with buyers, to finding and coordinating service providers to handle inspection issues, to DocuSigning paperwork, he kept us on top of things from a distance and found us the right buyer. Ryan was absolutely fantastic with our sale of a condo in San Diego. He really went above and beyond. We live out of the area and he was kind enough to do a walk through with our tenant, set up the cleaning and minor repairs, set up the staging (we used the Concierge service which I highly recommend -- easy and no money up front), helped arrange for repairs during escrow, and all the other nuts and bolts of selling a place.
