I’ve been working with Michael for a while now and I am seeing improvement in my back. I know the importance of strengthening the muscles that support my back and how they all work together when I stand or walk. Trainers in a gym don’t teach in the same way so if you have chronic pain, I recommend giving functional training a try.
Very knowledgeable and professional trainers that help you to incorporate functional patterns of movement into everyday life. Was finally able to get relief from an old hip injury. Juan was always implementing new techniques to help me develop more mobility and strength in areas that were deficient. I highly recommend this gym.
