Called their office number at 11.05pm on Tuesday. I was referred to them by a friend as I was told about Mr Gill's and his colleague, Aditya, compassionate service to help his customers at anytime of the day/night. I was surprised they answered the phone even that late at night. Due to family emergency, I had to book 5 tickets one way to Delhi and Mr Gill provided such a empathetic customer service. I explained him the situation and he was awake till 12am so he could sort out the tickets. I didn't even have to worry about the cost of the tickets as I knew Mr Gill will do his best to provide the best possible fare. Mr Gill called me today to ask about my family and I was touched by his caring attitude. I will be happy to recommend Sahara to all my friends and family. Thank you Sahara Travels.

Very frustrating experience! Booked tickets for my parents and had to cancel them as sadly, my dad passed away. It’s been more than four months and I’m still chasing them for refund/ credit information. This guy Harman keep saying I let you know soon. Talked to qantas airline directly and they said they can help if I give them E-ticket. This dodgy people from Sahara travels won’t even give me E-ticket. Instead now asking for my parents marriage proof to assist me further. What a Joke! Please stay away from this company!

Very kind and helpful staff. Bikram was very patient listening to my ever changing requirements regarding dates, provided me the economical options all the time. And on top of that they are not like other travel agents who will sometime force you to book the ticket right there on the call. Bikram did hold my tickets for the whole day and was able to wait for me to make the payment by end of the day. I have booked tickets with them twice and will definitely do the business with them again.

Best experience with the staff, I had book tickets from Sahara travels and also had applied for the refund for my tickets, even though the airline took much time to process the refund, But the staff especially Harman had always responded to my emails and calls and had provide me with the best service. Must visit for booking your air line tickets.

I bought tickets from sahara travels , travel to India via stop at Singapore. I travelled scoot airline. Scoot airline cancelled flight and refused to give us accommodation. Worst experience ever. We booked few flights with Sahara travels. They didnt inform about the delay and preponed flights. When you call reception, Harman answered the phone and said he is trying to sort out the issue and didnt get any update from Qantas. Dont ever book flights with this Travel agency.

I called them and ask them about the flights that are going to my country. One of the staff told me that the server is down and we will call you back in 2 hours Now its been 4 days. I haven’t received a call or message from them. Its really weird
