First of all, great deals, great prices, wonderful people…Now, I have spent only a few thousand with them, I recently took my gold watch to have my glass replaced on it, I showed it was working PERFECTLY.. I go back to get it, someone THERE who handled it, broke the winding mechanism on it. It’s an automatic watch and don’t run off batteries, and whoever broke it didn’t know. I have had this watch for over 15 years and would NEVER brake my own watch, and if it was broken I would had taken it to a watch person.Not just get the glass fixed. They will not own up or pay to repair my gold watch. The price is 120 bucks to get fixed. So BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU GO TO FIX YOUR JEWELRY Went back the other day,1 of the 2 chains I bought broke already,and I only had it 8 months. THEY CHARGE TO REPAIR THE JEWELRY YOU BOUGHT FROM THEM MONTHS AGO…Now it was just 1 little link,my point is….The OWNER says u have 2 months to fix anything that may occur…But it’s gold so u wouldn’t think I would be seeing them 7-8 months later..Which means…NO Warranties on your gold after purchasing..Oh..2 months my bad…BAD BAD BUSINESS…Will never in my life shop here again.Be careful this does not happen to y’all.

I camed here to have my necklace cleaned they told me to come back 20min then i come back and i didnt even checked it at all since i thought it was my chain so i payed them and left since i was in a hurry well i get home and ive noticed it was not my chain at all the one i had!!I was so upset and mad at the same time the fact that i did not have an actual picture of my chain so they can see themselfs they did something to my chain to whoever cleaned it … i dont like lying neither take advantage of peoples business but it was NOT my original chain … The owner tried helping me at the end i kept the chain they gaved me but it is not the one i had so please be careful and check your necklaces and if its possible stay there as they cleaned them …

I sure wish I could of met Sam Jewelers before I have spent and lost soo much money buying at other jewelers which charged too much and their work was bad ...... But one thing I can say about Sam is that he is a very honest person very professional on his gold and work ❤☝ I did some additional add ons to my chain and bracelet and omg what an amazing job he did and I bought a matching ring too , I was very happy and especially right now that it's my birthday month I highly recommend you and everyone to come see him Sam , trust me you will be very satisfied , happy and the amazing feeling that you got your money's worth

Prices are very high… try to sell me a 10k chino link chain for 5,800$ and it only weighted 113 grams.. horrible service from them. He got mad after I pointed out that he was selling the gram for $51! That’s insane! Say no to fruit loops. It was not diamond it was dimond cut for that price! I’m not saying I can’t afford it I have bought from y’all in the past. Horrible service for the big guy there.. they are always talking about “good labor” but half of the gold they sell there is hollow.

They do no honor any warranty on their jewelry. This necklace only lasted 5 months before coming all apart. Other customers review having the same issue. Do no buy from sams. Response to owner: Jewelry was not broken into two pieces. You stated you were not going to sell this type of necklace because they come apart .
