My swadhan policy has matured in July itself ,but still after 4visits my claim of maturity has not been settled,,I suppose they frustrate customers ,by which customers become exhausted to visit their office to claim ,& in the end the co, will declare such amounts as "unclaimed" & so a profit & share among employees as bonus

I visited this branch for surrender of policy. The branch staff processed my request & acknowledged surrender in less than 30 minutes. I thank the staff for their good service.

Good place to work we don't even feel that we are employee of sbi life insurance we just feel that we are sbi life insurance family n we work like a family member
