Straight talking superstar We first encountered Steph when we purchased our property and at that time, after being jaded by dealing with a lot of sub-par agents, we were blown away by Steph's skills, industry knowledge, honesty and compassion. Hence, when we made the decision to sell our house, Steph was the only agent we wanted to use for the sale. It was a decision that has paid off for us. Steph has been fantastic to deal with throughout the sale process. Firstly, Steph has a huge depth of knowledge on the market and what is required to prepare a house for sale. Steph was supportive and understanding as we went through the sometimes stressful process of getting our house ready. She was always available to bounce ideas off, always gave her straight up opinions on things and often went above and beyond in helping with the preparations. Secondly, with her intricate knowledge of the market and experience in selling houses, Steph was able to compile a marketing strategy for us that maximised our opportunities to obtain the best price for our house, but which also stayed true to our brief that we wanted to be honest and up front in our dealings with purchasers and avoid a situation where we were playing people off against each other during the negotiations. Finally, post sale and pre-settlement, Steph has remained as attentive as ever. We don't feel that we have dropped in priority simply because a sale contract has been signed. Steph has been available whenever we needed her. If we are in a position to sell a property again, we will not hesitate to contact Steph to act as our agent. We highly recommend her services.

Absolutely horrible experience with this agency Approaching The end of our agreement of rental term Stephanie asked us to not resign as she wanted to renovate the house, she then agreed to let me out of my lease early however then took $330 out of my bond and then tried to say I owed $2250 at one point. We just settled it with the tribunal court and Stephanie of course asked for an adjournment which she didn’t receive and the case was ruled in our favour . The year we had renting through this agency can be described as horrific an absolute emotional and mentally draining reoller coaster , at one point having had Stephanie come through the house on the day of moving with another male she said was her BF and the both of them accusing me of stealing a bed that wasn’t actually hers ( was my bed ) then my 60 year old father was assualted by her ‘bf’ and Stephanie called us bottom feeders and losers with no money . I would like to warn anyone who’s looking to rent through this agency to re consider and think about it strongly if your experience is anything like ours it is simply not worth it I have noticed on every bad review Stephanie claims the person isn’t on her records Well I have court documents and a whole heap of emails proving yes I am on your records Horrible horrible woman

Unfortunately, our family had an unpleasant experience with this agency. From day One, we had issues with Shores, ending up at the Tribunal. Eventually We discovered the whole problem stemmed from the Agency’s inexperience and unprofessionalism, evident by their clumsy atempts at “covering up” their mistakes. A massive lack in communication, calls left unanswered for days, potential leads actually knocked on our door to inspect the property as their calls and messages to the Agency had been ignored. Shores lack transparency, honesty and quite frankly A sound knowledge of the property market. Bullying and stand over tactics are used to railroad clients into negative financial decisions. Do your homework before engaging this Agency, speak with the other local agents who have years and years of experience and professionalism on Shores.

Very؜ Efficient Property Manager, Excellent Local Knowledge and Communicators Shores have managed my property for over 10years. They have always been highly efficient and affective managers of my property. They manage it as if it was their own. Despite the changeover of tenants of these many years, the property has never been vacant. All their team are excellent managers and communicator with both me and the tenants - this was no more obvious than during the difficult times for both tenants and landlords at the peak of COVID. Their local knowledge of the areas rental market (and the sales market) is incredible and their access to local reasonably priced, reliable tradespeople for repairs and maintenance is second to none. I couldn't more highly recommend Shores Team and Services.
