Suffering from jet-lag I visited this salon for a pep up - my manicure was interrupted over and over with the aesthetician jumping up to answer the phone, visit with a colleague, add up a bill for another client, I was her last priority. The result was a bungled manicure where the polish is thick and lumpy. During this time we discussed eyebrows and for an hour, I told her how I like my brows thick and could she just clean up the strays, this conversation went on for a long time and was extremely clear. She ripped into my brows and the result - a very poor job and very skinny brows - I am devastated by the results and to add insult the strays are still there! Onto the pedicure - not as bad, but very short nails. I now spend my holiday not looking my best, horrified every time I look in the mirror. So beware this is not a place to go and relax and feel great, I was just another credit card transaction and look horrible to boot.

Since the new ownership at SKINN Beauty took over , they have brightened up the place with a sleek new look in the salon and a friendly owner who is passionate about helping her clients see the best out of their beauty concerns and needs. The staff are extremely friendly and are genuinely concerned with helping you get the best out of your treatment . Every time I’ve been there the owner and her staff have made me feel welcome , I will defiantly be going back on a regular basis. Well done to the new owner Tarin and her team

I have had been to different skin clinics/salon and spent so much money with no help and no hope. Difference with them and Tarin is..... Tarin cares and wants to help. Best place to go for a pedicure and manicure. I’ve seen other nail therapists who either leave too much cuticle remaining and don’t quite paint as nicely. This doesn’t happen at SKINN. Highly recommended!! Both therapists are also equally as good.
