Customer is always greeted with warm, welcoming smile. All the issues of vehicle are noted down correctly. Their causes and rectification measures are explained in detail. Excellent, timely service provided irrespective of small or large repairs. Special mention to Shashidhar Sir who gives utmost focus to every minute detail. Prices are fair for parts and labour, and billing is transparent without any unnecessary 'padding'. Being a long time customer (including at the 1st SLM Motors at Chikkalasandra), it's always been a pleasure interacting with Eshwar Sir and Vamsi Sir. Their love for cars is evident by the fact that even old cars get the same careful attention as given to newer ones. Thus, any customer can rest assured of complete expert care for their car. I urge people not to waste your money and do not spoil your car by ging for service in this center. The most worst service center ever i have seen. Owner Eashwar,his son Rahul and workers don't have basic knowledge on car technology. I have taken my Tata Altroz for service. At the time of test drive Rahul said breaks are making noice. His father said problem with engine oil which was chaned just before one month in Key Motors service center as part of 3rd free service. Post that engine oil change i drove only 248kms. But Eashwar said engine oil spoiled. In my observation color not changed. Also they told me to change cooling oil and break oil. I was there from morning to evening to see their service. Infront of me they claimed they changed spark plugs. But they opened, cleaned and set again. Now Android Auto is not working. Which is purely money making center.

We had given our Mahindra E2O for service. We had told them 3 problems that were to be fixed - steering alignment, audio fm not working , fuel cap lock repair. They had our car with them two days. But they did NOT do anything about the problems we told them to check. They did not update us about our vehicle. When we called and asked every person said in 5 min we will tell you. But nothing happened. When my husband went for the car delivery, he saw that nothing was done. When asked , the owner 's son said they had some family issue. But two days they kept the car and they did not do anything. Worst experience. WE DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE..

Had taken my 10 years old car for Wheel Alignment. My initial observation was the entire workplace was kept very neat & clean. Everything was was very well organized. Alignment on my car was done very quickly but they relay on virtual values. They did not take the car for a test drive before or after the alignment & were over confident that no issues after the alignment. Since, this was my 1st time visiting them, had to relay on them even though my inner feelings was saying something is wrong in the car. As expected they had induced the error. Staff Technical Knowledge - 3 out of 10

This is my second time service of my VW Polo at SLM motors Chikkalsandra. Mr. Vamshi is the best out there in servicing the car. Very receptive of our feedbacks, gives proper technical solutions to address the issues, will only replace the parts if its completely gone, very good communication and honest about the work. Cleanest and neatest service centre I've seen in last 10 yrs. Eashwar (Owner) self attended the car, he is gentle, humble and professional. Expert mechanics, polite staff. Ample waiting longe and everything is done in front of your eyes, no gimmic and transparency. Reasonable price and good service.

It's near my home and I'm planning to service my car here onwards. Will keep updating this review with each service. 09/09/2023 - Pungent smell coming from AC and screeching sound while braking. Both of them where fixed expertly and within two hours! Staff and mechanics were really courteous.

I gave my Škoda rapid and Nissan micra here for just changing bumper and tingering works they charged me 70k rupees and the labour is too costly here. They buy only secondhand parts and charge showroom price. They don’t keep their time. So kindly think before you give your car for service.

Mr. Eshwar is very customer origented person and explain the complete scenario nicely to customer. They dont do service in hurry, they take time to do the work properly.. I am happy with their services and reasonable price so will go back again next time.. Tq eshwar and all the best...

AVOID !! They aggree to take the car for dash cam installation .However they dont turn up at all..After following up - they cooly say - Employees not coming sir - Sorry - NO VALUE FOR OTHER TIME AND COMMITMENT .
