Ashley is ALWAYS professional, nice, and courteous! She’s a pleasure to see every time I come to the store. I try to come only when she’s working just to get that top tier customer service. She’s always engaged with the customers and I hope the managers/ owners acknowledges her worth. It’s a good look for the Smooth Spirit brand! The owner has knowledge of what you're looking for and if he doesn't have it, he'll try to make sure he has it for you next time, gave it 5 stars for that. The cashiers sometimes be distracted by talking on their phones or to eachother though. Y'all still cool, though!! …
