I had a simple request to get a refund for the less than 5 minutes of parking due to the aquarium being sold out for hours. I was told they still park people in the lots even though the events are sold out because they are separate entities. Not only did they refuse a simple request and what was the right thing to do, they sent out a super unprofessional “manager” who refused to give his name (he was albino and in his 40’s with a bloody nose) and then proceeded to verbally harass and speak disrespectfully to us. Don’t go to this aquarium and definitely do not park here as they will steal your money.

Everytime I visit downtown area I park my car here and take uber throughout the city instead of dealing with busy Chicago streets. It is $30 daily which is fair. The parking spots are more spacious than normal size which is a plus for me since I have a SUV. During winter times I park right across the street at Soldier Field Parking garage which is the same price. Never had any issues here .

Great parking very close to the shed and the museum but you have to get there early because it fills up very fast. No cash only cards accepted for payment. I only gave 4 stars because the cost for parking is expensive.

**Non-Metal Credit Cards ONLY** Close to the Shedd but only takes non-metal cards. Never seen this before, but everyone trying to use a metal card (which many are these days) held up the line, including myself.

Was there today to visit the Shedd, terrible experience. I strongly advise you to find another lot or garage close by.

Good location. Decent price for the area. Appreciate that it's a flat rate for the whole day.

Parking next to the Museum. However has a flat rate of 25 USD and no In and Out option
