This is parking with five underground levels. A spot can always be found here though it maybe deep on level five during local events. Normally I come in mid morning and am able to park on level three or four. The place has elevators and stairs as one would expect. However, the elevators do need replacing. I've parked here for six and half years and have never had a problem with security. They patrol it regularly by foot and cart. They also monitor the levels with the many cameras. Occasionally the homeless will try and sleep in the stairwells but are quicked escorted out. The price is $20 for all day though fortunately my employer pays mine. There are cheaper options around that do not have on site security or may have limited scheduled shuttle buses.

Parking is probably the cheapest of any downtown garage. I work downtown, and it doesn't bother me to walk a half mile for work to lower Broadway. During special events (concerts on the green and Titans football games) they raise the price to $10. Is still the cheapest of any parking in the area, with the Hilton charging $25+ and other garages closing around midnight.

We parked here for a graduation at Municipal Auditorium, it was $15 to park. It's well lite, clean, and the elevator takes you up to the courtyard. There are trees, benches, and beautiful fountains. It was only a couple blocks walk over to Municipal. It's 3 blocks away from everything on Broadway. We would park here again.

They could definitely staff this garage a bit better to minimize the lines getting out. I had driven into the garage with the intent of leaving within the 10 min grace period. With only one exit gate open, I got stuck in a line to leave and had to pay $2 to the attendant, although I never even actually parked my car.

This is the cheapest place to park downtown. It is well maintained, and has an elevator. I had a broken foot and had to use a scooter and found this parking very convenient to use to get to all the downtown attractions.

This garage has decent parking rates. It's also a short wall to all of the hot spots in Nashville. Park here instead of closer to town. You can get another round of drinks with the savings.

The elevators make me feel like I'm going to get stuck all the time and the stairs make me feel like I'm going to be stabbed with a used heroin needle. But weekend parking is pretty cheap.

James Robertson Parkway Courthouse parking garage is the least expensive parking close to Lower Broadway. It's an underground parking facility so your car is protected from the elements.

Cheapest parking I've found in Nashville so far. First 30 minutes is free and $2 every 30 minutes after that with a cap of $14. Great when most parking in Nashville is 15-40 for 2 hours!

Easy walk to Nissan stadium over the bridge and all of downtown. After an event, the traffic is much less than parking on the south side of downtown. Clean and safe.

I always park here. It's a short walk to Broadway and the scenery is worth it as well. Also, it's always cheap, around 5$ on non titans game days
