Nashville's airport has come a long way so I'm glad they're building bigger and better things for people to enjoy flying parking structure is done nicely and easy to get to the airport they still haven't finished yet and I can't wait until I see the hotel that they're building next. Easy to get to directions from the airport explaining where your ride is picked up at so you have shuttle service rice share services down there and also you can see where employees get on and off their bus as well. I wish I lived closer and didn't have to drive an hour to get to the airport it would be nice if Nashville work with other states and cities that have to drive that distance to create some type of commuter bus that goes back and forth. I seen him do it in other areas and states for example between Charlotte and South Carolina they do it between North Carolina and Virginia they do it so I'm just wondering when Tennessee might do the same thing

TERMINAL GARAGE 1 : RUDE STAFF OF LAZ PARKING SERVICES I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY WITH THE AIRPORT PARKING STAFF . THE EXPRESS MACHINE WAS OUT OF PAPER AND I NEEDED THE RECEIPT FOR MY $140 PAYMENT. SO I DROVE DOWN THINKING I WILL GET MY RECEIPT. BUT THE STAFF AT THE COUNTER WAS SUPER RUDE. HE JUST HANDED ME A PIECE OF PAPER AND SAID EMAIL IT. WHEN I SPOKE TO HIS MANAGER DAVID. I FEEL DAVID WAS SUPER RUDE TOO. HE HUNG UP ON ME TWICE AND WAS SHOUTING AT ME. IN FACT WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM WHY HE WAS SHOUTING HE PUT THE BLAME ON ME THAT I WAS SHOUTING. I HOPE THESE CALLS ARE RECORDED. I ALSO ASKED DAVID CAN I SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER AND HE SAID HE DOESN’T HAVE A MANGER. I FEEL SUCH KIND OF EMPLOYEES RUIN THE IMAGE OF NASHVILLE AIRPORT.

Stunning example of the height of the efficiency of the airport right now. Had left my car there took my parking ticket back to one of the kiosks in the garage to check out. It didn't work. Went downstairs one level that kiosk was stuck in Spanish and I was not willing to put my high school Spanish up against what it would ask me. Left the garage. there are five Lanes to exit three of them were closed. Only one had an attendant. Eight or more cars at each of them trying to check out. At some point I hear someone screaming that they can't get out and they're sorry for blocking traffic. Took multiple credit cards from me to make the reader work. Finally managed to escape. I'm sure all this is because of covid

I paid for parking on the 4th floor of the parking lot. But I put in a ticket on the first floor to go out, but the bar didn't open. I already checked that the money was taken out of my bank account, but the clerk told me that the payment hadn't been made and asked me to do it again. Then he told me to call the phone number on the receipt to get my money back if I had to pay twice. This has been happening continuously for 2 years and they said it was no big deal. If his words are true, the error in the airport parking lot payment system is not caught and continues to cause inconvenience to customers. I think this is really stupid.

The red / green lights that indicate if a spot is open or taken need a little tweaking. I have seen a green light down an aisle numerous times just to find out that the spot wasn't empty. On a positive note, the garage is designed well and even in my Yukon XL Denali I can easily drive around in it. The red & green parking spot indicators are great...they just need to be adjusted or something so you don't false open spots when the lights aren't working properly. As most probably do, I take one or two pictures of the nearest marked column to make it easier to find my SUV after I've been gone a few days.

I probably would have given more stars of there was benches to sit on, better signage, and assistance for those of us with mobility issues. I turned in a rental car and had to navigate my way over to get my ride back to work. The current setup is not friendly if you have any mobility issues. I finally figured out I passed 2 employees who were supposed to help people, but they were both on their phones. I also considered the construction going on at the moment. It is still a rough walk and a little disorienting to figure out where to go.

As an employee who works there and commutes, it's very convenient to park in the garage. With that being said, check y'all's bank accounts if you're using card because I've been charged 2-3 times and this happened more than once. It's bad enough that parking is $26 but why am I being double or triple charged, if my card went through once? Y'all really be taking people's money. I'd highly suggest using cash, so you can avoid being robbed.

Holy cow! This place is crawling with homeless people and my car got broken into. The cops are spread thin. While taking my report, one of the cops told me they had a bunch of officers leave because of the department is still requiring them to get vaccinated and other departments pay better and don't require Covid vaccinations if they don't want it be vaccinated. Why are we still doing this to first responders??!!

Be Very aware that rates have skyrocketed here. It is Not posted on their site intentionally- anything over 1 hour is now considered a full day charge. $26 as of Oct 2022. I prefer to support my airports but the rates have gone way out of control and are set up so you don't know until you are pulling in, if you can take in the full sign at that point or take a photo. Be Very careful here.

It would be much higher except for the fact they count the EV spots with the rest when displaying the number available. We saw 35 open spots, so pulled in, all EV. It's great they have those, but they need to distinguish between them and normal ones. Besides that, the lights are a huge help and the elevators plentiful. Fix that glaring issue and it's great.

We got there by mistake and had to pay $10.00 to get back out. THERE ARE NO RESTROOMS EXCEPT INSIDE THE TERMINAL! They could put port a potties in the cell waiting area. Most large airports we have been to have that courtesy. Nashville International does not recognize that people need to go potty. I did not know to stop before I got there.

From baggage claim.. have to walk out and into garage... then walk through that garage..to a walkway..into the next building..up some escalators... then you are at counters... then out some other doors...more escalators...finally find your car. Same with drop off. Long walk with baggage... no shuttle for those with disabilities...

Recently built short-term parking garage that’s very close walking distance to the terminal. Spots are usually available on the top floors. Tons of spaces for charging electric vehicles (EV) in each floor. Parking is free for the first few minutes but it gets pricey if you end up hanging out at the airport for more than an hour.

Been here 30 minutes waiting for an attendant to arrive. Stuck at an airport parking lot along with others and the lady in charge is rude. Update, they sent an even more upset employee to ‘help’ me. For being there 10 minutes plus waiting thirty minutes sirr AB they charged me a full days rate of $26.

Great to have more parking next to terminal. The price of this convenience is $22/ day and up. The renovates are moving BNA into a modern approach to air terminal. If you are used to the old BNA be prepared to be bewildered. Price of progress I suppose.

Garage is fine. NASHVILLE Airport restaurant selection is abysmal. Popeyes, Burger King, Subarros, Dunking Donuts all closed due to construction and cutting off North terminal from South terminal. Sad, sad airport...poor, poor management!!!

Easy to get around and to remember where you are as long as you pay attention. All the Uber and Lyft are where the busses come through. Once you get to the terminal (s) it can be confusing, they are still split into two terminals.

Could be a little more professional. Person checking tickets seem to have an I don't care attitude about boarding. Stewardess was nice and friendly. Flight was pleasant and captain kept us informed.

Shameful...probably one of the most expensive parking garages I've ever been in. I was picked up at the airport by a family member and he ended up paying $26 for what he said was less than an hour!

Used this site for Uber pick up. Well organized for Uber / Lyft pick-up. You stand in a self IDd space ( A1, B3, C2 etc.) so there is no confusion where to find you when the driver rolls up.

Lots of construction is currently underway,but sometimes there must be a sl8ght inconvenience for there to be progress. Excellent facility, and it will be top-notch when it is complete.

Nice RAINBOW garage! 1 small issue, when your searching for your ride. Make sure they aren't on the floor above or below you. Hopefully Google has figured out that it not all 1 level.

One of the most organized Airport parking garages I've been to. The lighting and numbering system makes it easy to navigate. Uber and Lyft designated pick-up zones make life easy.

Your car will be very dusty due to airport Upgrade construction. Very easy to use ticketing system. Prompt support from ticket back office in case your receipt failed to print

I like the signs that let you know what parking spots are available; however, the cost per day to park is excessive to high and not worth the hassle to park in this garage!

Hate how hard this is now for people who have to uber/lyft.... they need to offer some type of something to take people there as it's hard when you're carrying your bags.

BNA used to be easy to get around. Now it's a nightmare to get to ground transportation. They should put money into not having to walk so far and fix the darn escalators.

Well it's a nice garage but still a garage.... the space counters are nice and work well and it has a large number of charging stations. Fairly expensive but convenient.

You can go downtown for special event pay $20 all day. Go Nashville Airport stay one hour or 24 hours pay $26. Had family coming in two days in row cost $52

It is where you get your hotel shuttles, taxis, Ubercart & Lyfts. What's nice is you are kind of indoors so you are not waiting in the cold or hot sun.

Multiple levels all looking the same. You have to be some kind of memorization genius to find your car again. Good luck cuz there's no one to help you!

Parted there last night for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The sign said 20 dollars for 2 hours I was charged for a full day. Stop ripping people off.

Very well lighted, clean and an easy walk to the terminal. I just picked up my sweetie during a midnight arrival but it appeared very safe.

The terminal garage is a good idea however it is executed wrong. There should be separate lanes for Uber Lyft and cabs.
