Will never use again! The prices are good, and the location is perfect. However, there is not an attendant on duty so if the gates do not work, like they did this morning you are stuck until someone figures something out. Plus, right when you pull in you go through the gate and grab a ticket. Then when you get to the 6th floor you have to scan that ticket to get into the public area. Then you have to scan on 6 and 1 with a paid ticket to leave. Today the gate to let me into the public area did not open, I also could not leave since I still needed to go out through the second gate with a paid ticket. The person on the speaker at the gate would not open it and kept asking for my name and phone number. They have cameras all over recording license plates plus I still need to pay to leave. However, they decided it would be best to have us wait 45 minutes to just park. Finally, the reader read the ticket and let me in to park.

Gated garage building, properly maintained and well-lit. The discounts in place will make a big difference when compared to other parking around the area. Entering after 4 PM and staying over 5 hours is around $15, a great deal for spending the evening around the Magnificient Mile. Easy access to vehicles via elevators and no worries about getting towed. L1 to L5 are reserved for online booking, and L6 B to L8 are open to the public on a first come first serve basis. Payment stations are available at the ground level for easy access before vehicle retrieval.

Their scanners do not read QR code either on a phone or printed. When you fit the help button they tell you to take a ticket, when you leave they charge you full fare. There is no one the facility to help you, they expect you to drive to another location in order to get any help at all. Really bad customer service.

Parking itself was good. Preparing for parking was good. The app kept breaking and actually using the prepay to leave was lost on me. Gives you a QR code but we could not find how to use it. I assume it is a lack of signage. We called the attendant and he was great!

We had a hard time finding and even harder time getting back to the location because the address is wrong. It says it's on Chestnut but it's really on Pearson a block away. Horrible experience for 2 young woman trying to find there car late at night.

0 STARS! By far the worst parking garage in Chicago! There are so many gates and it’s crazy inefficient. People being asked to pay twice and over $100 because the computers are terrible.

We spend more than two hour here the gate is locked even when we buy our ticket and we keep call no one answers or they answer all same question same answers

Very well lit and a security guard on duty. Didn’t see anything alarming. Felt safe. Parking machines all worked. Just a little pricey.

  • Mackenzie Creasey

Pricey and the public parking is 6 stories up but if you reserve a spot, it's a great location for a good price.

  • Wanki Oh

Public parking area is 6f- if you don’t want to go top. Find other spot. But this place was safe

  • My Daily Reward

Tight fit for bigger cars/SUVs but we made it work. Well lit, safe and easy access

32 dollars for 2 hours is ridiculous please go spend your money somewhere else.

  • Jerry Tuley

$ 37.00 for 3 hours rediculas high pricing on a Sunday evening.

  • Ashley Hewlett

Reasonable prices, I will use this garage again!

  • Francisco Javier Berumen Solórzano

Really cheap option if you plan ahead !
