When paying, I paid at the machine on the D level. I paid cash, but it did not give me my $5 in change back. I went to security, he told me that the attendant in the booth on the way out would give me my change. The attendant tells me she can not give me change, asked me to come back tomorrow. Since I don't live in Seattle this wasn't an option. She said to call the number on my ticket and they would send me a check. However she would not give me the other ticket that said they owed me a $5 credit. Called last night, left message. When no response today, I called again, number has been disconnected. I will not be parking here again.

There was no obvious way to get in or out of the garage on foot after parking. The elevators the signage directs you to are behind locked doors. Maybe there was a stairwell somewhere that would get you out of the garage but it was well hidden if it exists. Left in my car after searching for 5 minutes for the way out.

Don’t park here. Meter for parking rate is an absolute joke. Says $5 weekday 4-7pm. We went in at 3:55 and left at 6:05 on Wednesday and got charged $22. I tired two machines and rate increased in like 5min for god knows why. Disgusting.

These dickweeds lock the doors so you can't use the elevator and the handicapped buttons to open the doors do not work.

Underground parking. Parked in Valet overflow, no extra cost when I parked. Staff were friendly and quick.
