The parking entrance door has been broken since about early Oct/Nov 2021, and the management has provided 2 updates total. Which has almost caused multiple head on collisions. I understand supply chain is messed up, but there have been no updates It’s a situation where all they care about is collecting money on something that is arguably the easiest thing to manage with extremely low overhead cost. The minute a gate goes out and they have to stop collecting fees for parking due to this they have the gate fixed within 24hr, but the door? That can wait as long as they want.

The absolute worst parking garage I’ve ever had to park in.. poorly managed. Absolutely no security- in fact, 3 break ins total.. the gates and garage doors are ALWAYS BROKEN leaving your cars vulnerable to theft and vandalism.

Worst parking ramp I have ever parked in. I have to cross my fingers each time I enter or leave my apartment just hoping the gate will work. I love my apartment but may have to move to a place with a better parking situation.
