My go to salon from the time I was 18 to 44yrs now..... Amazing owner Stephanie lovingly called Racho by all (although spelt differently) has been doing a fabulous job with the same dedication and detail to attention even today. Her sincere and talented staff who are ever willing to assist are a bunch of fun loving ladies who make the visit worthwhile with their earnest job. So whenever in Colaba make sure to pay them a visit and let them pamper you silly with the best products and services in town making you look and feel Beautiful always. Be it their glowing facials, clean waxing, soft pedicures and cups of coffee offered throughout while attending to all their customers meticulously. Been and will continue being a loyal patron .... It's 2/9/21.. Seems they have more staff & less work, one staff for threading..4 for waxing... if one is done other will stare you..there's something called privacy of the customer...asking name, place of work, place of belonging, those questions are irrelevant that the staffs asked throughout the service....also they were discussing their work related aversions among staffs..one of the poorer experience I had yesterday...they were waxing the customer in standing position... I felt absolutely uncomfortable and uneasy..

Have been going to Stephanie since years be it Haircut /color, waxing, eyebrows, pedicure etc, It's my comfort place also best stress buster. Raysho has always ensured all safety measures are followed at all times prior to Covid and even during Covid times They have disposable aprons and all the girls wear masks and gloves at all times and maintained adequate distance. Everything is sanitized before and after use. Thanks Stephanie for always being a trusted brand !!

It's a great parlour with excellent staff who are very good at what they do, very good customer service and very friendly. They personalise the experience for you. Even the owner is extremely sweet and helpful. I love coming here to unwind after a long day's work and also to look festive on occasions. It makes me look beautiful …

Worst saloon ever . The workers were kind but not at all professional and skillful .. i asked for a simple blow dry and to straighten my hair and I got drenched and my hair pulled in all directions , my hair was sooooo dull after this . Hate it

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. loved every bit of my experience. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend them
