The stores is just OK but what we hate is this stupid Nectar price and then the super inflated Sai nsbury price. We did not have a Nectar and were not prepared to pay the super inflated Sainsburys price so we were about to leave without buying anything. We wanted quite a lot of shopping. A member of staff asked what the problem was and went and got us a card so we could get the"normal" Sainsburys prices . We just then threw the card away. So what's the point of that Sainsburys. Don't try to kid us that we are getting special prices with Nectar card. No we are not. You're just sending us back to Aldi and Lidil. Wake up!

My recent visit to this store was an unpleasant experience due to the rude behavior of the security guard and staff. The security guard followed my girlfriend and me around the store in a threatening manner, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The staff were also unhelpful and dismissive of our queries, which made it difficult for us to navigate the store and locate the products we needed.

Not my usual shop. I was coming back from an appointment, and popped in for some odds and ends. They had everything on my list. The aisles are well spaced, and clean. The shelves looked well stocked. Helpful staff. A very cheery gentleman on the checkout was the cherry on the cake. Very impressed and highly recommended if you're a local.

You can buy a piece orctwo of veg which suits your single shopper. They have introduced a tesco club card equivalent using nectar which can deliver real savings. Staff are first class. Helpful friendly and anxious to please. It has improved over the years. Free parking fir upnto 4 hours most useful.

Have reviewed sainsburys in Otley before and I think I rated it the same 5 stars. Great shop, can find most things that are needed. As of late there has been a few empty shelves but think that’s just the effect of the current situation. Staff are great, kind and courteous. Recommend a vosit

Usual supermarket, went for one specific item that I could not find and there was nobody to ask. I found something else but put it back on the shelf when I saw the queues at all the checkouts and self service. Why can’t Sainsbury’s get people through the checkout like Aldi?

You often leave old promo prices up on the shelves after the promo has ended. example today, taste the difference pizzas are still labelled on the shelf as £4 with nectar card despite this promo having ended. It's not hard to get the prices correct!

Love this place, meet my Dad on Saturday's for breakfast and shopping all the staff are lovely very helpful and look after my dad when he goes mid week for his shopping and dinner. He's an 88 young chap.

Went here to collect my new low energy heater from argos. My experience there was amazing. The lady that was working there was very friendly and willing to help me find what I was looking for.

While it's clean and good, it's the only supermarket I have ever been to which doesn't do evening discounts on expiring items. Fifty expiring items piling up without proper price reduction.

Lots of Fresh Products, most at really good prices? Fish a bit expensive. Feels light/ airey inside, and a "homely" feel. Checkout staff were very good. Definitely visit again.

Recently this store has reduced the checkouts and there is always long wait to get served. They seem to want all the customers to work for them and use their self service.

Typical Sainsbury Supermarket, stocking most lines, including clothes, kitchenware, etc. Argos on site. Not a five because of limited stock in some areas later in the day.

A centrally-located store that is suitable for the weekly shop. It stocks most products you'd need, but is unlikely to have specialist, niche-cuisine staples or brands.

Nice store but needs a cafe! Argos is instore which is good. Nice range of greeting cards, needs more gift wrap....no rolls of wrapping paper?! Nice seasonal products.

Large open space & exceptionally clean store. Wanted something specific so as it wasn't on the shelf I needed to speak to the customer service assistant.
