I love Linda. She is always honest about what she thinks will be good and not hurt my hair. She knows my hair and is open to the suggestions I make and let's me make mistakes if I decide something new. She has good suggestions within the boundaries of what I'll do with my hair. I have been going to her for years now and we know each other very well. She is very easy to talk to and non judgemental. I'll keep going to her for as long as I can.

Waited 50 minutes before I walked out. No one acknowledged me or asked what I was in for. There were other people coming in and waiting but they were all called before me even though I was there first. No where did it specify if it was by appointment only or if walk-ins are welcomed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
