Beautiful Library and facilities. The Staff provide a good quality services to assist all the public, community and members provide with a range of information. The Library books, magazines and newspapers, films DVD collections is excellent. Encourage start from Toddler and Teenagers or students can actively participate in the development of learnings, education and training to explore the Libraries collections. To develop, implement a knowledge and implement a skills to collaborate with experience for now and the future generations. Thank you so much.

Good in terms of facilities. Cons: Almost always inconsiderate and annoying behaviour from one or more computer users (E.G. people chatting non-stop for hours, people talking hands-free on their mobile phone, or watching cat videos on YouTube without headphones, or simply outright crazy behaviour). As far as I've seen, staff don't police this stuff unless a complaint is lodged. I suggest a separate room for the uncivilised and inconsiderate to be sent to. Maybe in the basement?

Beautiful library with helpful and accomodating staff. First time I've seen a library with exericse machines to break up your study. There is also a slient study section at the back in a closed off room which is think is just fantastic. heaps of different types of chairs for if you want to study at a desk solo, with a friend, of if you want to read a book there are plenty of armchairs. I will make this my regular library after such a great experince! thank you :D

Very nice clean and modern library. Love the recycling station they have going specifically targeted at e-waste, seemed to be filling up nicely. Had full range of amenities like printers, computers(which were fast), toilets and meeting rooms. Plenty of programs run daily for people of the public like chess club, English conversation and current affairs. Plenty of quiet spots to sit down and snuggle up to a book or study hard at a desk. Lovely library. I come here to work on my laptop. There is always room, you can look outside or go into a quite study space. The people who come to the library are very respectful and are quiet. They also run sing a long groups for kids, rather than annoying its actually heart warming hearing them learn nursery rhymes. There are also toilets and taps always clean. There are workshops as well. A very well fun place.

This place is great! Only one massive downer I need to point out. My lynda/linked in learning stopped working halfway during lockdown. I got in touch and they had no interest in helping me what soever. Really a shame because it was one of the things I'd look forward to during lock down and I couldn't afford to pay for it myself. Please look into this as this could've been handled a lot better!

Nice quaint library with plenty of books and services. WiFi is free too. On the downside, it's not quiet. People treat it as a place to talk loudly or to do tutoring in. Toilets also need updating. Men's are broken and the disability one isn't a great substitute (dirty, absent hooks, hand drier that blows water in your face and has an electric cable dangling where the water is, lol).

Been going to this library for over a decade now. The self-serve check-out counters are so easy to use and avoids the queue from former librarian check-out days. There’s still a team of librarians present to assist with queries both in-person and by phone - my experience with both have been smooth. Online borrowing/requesting is also very straightforward.

This very well maintained library is near Moonee Ponds junction and few steps away from clock tower. Great collection. Spacious, and brighty light environment. Has multiple seating spaces & lot of charging ports too. They also have the old electronics recycle ♻ program which I love! I must mention staff are very friendly.

Peaceful library situated opposite the Queenspark. A huge selection of books, including a diverse range of art history, writing references & biographies. New release DVD's are a good find & the magazines are generally up to date. Friendly staff, a great place to quietly browse.

I've just moved to Moonee Ponds and was looking for a place to study for uni. It's a great location right near the moonee ponds junction so you can get a coffee and head over. Lots of seating areas, computers if you need, internet access and quiet. Going to be a regular now

Friendly helpful staff ! Great at suggesting new books in your favourites genres. And are very respectful and kind to people who are visibly struggling with mental and/or physical health issues who may require assistance to navigate and choose their selections .

Went there with some friends to study. it was so nice. They had a good selection of seats and the libary is clean and kinda big. They seemed to have a good selection of books too. Free wifi and free charging. I'm definitely going back there to study again.

Used to go there regularly about 15-20 years ago, now rarely. It is a good library to study in, but that is about all. Like all libraries they appear overstaffed - the layout is constantly changing, maybe as a result of occupying stagnant workers.

Helpful staff, great printing facilities, dedicated rooms for meetings, xbox one, power points and direct usb charging at all tables, joint with many other great libraries which will send books in between each other, great location.

Spacious, segregated compartments as per variety of needs such as silent room for study, space for kids activities, rooms for meetings of elderly people. Comfortable couches to read books and friendly staff. Just love this place.

Good library . But they should increase the number of personal computers for users and secondly should be open for longer hours till 10 o clock in night atleast.

As a foreigner, it has provided me a computer where I could search for jobs aswel as some spanish books! Very nice place to read and study too!
