Will never, ever set foot in this place again! Purchased a punnet of $6.99 raspberries as part of my shop on Friday evening and yes I should have checked them but they were mouldy when I opened them to serve a few hours later. I took a photo of them just 2 hours after purchase as I couldn’t return them until Sunday due to work commitments. Sunday afternoon when I went to return them with the receipt and the photos that were taken (at this time they were like syrup!) the girl on the register told me she couldn’t refund them without the managers permission and she rang him to get this. He said he had to actually be there to authorise this (I’m certain a refund could have been issued over the phone) and that I would have to return once again! Well that’s not going to happen…but what will happen is that tomorrow I will be contacting Foodworks head office to let them know how someone is running one of their franchises and I will also be contacting the health department as they should never have been sold in that condition. What if a child had grabbed one of them and just popped it in their mouth? QUALITY CONTROL IS ACTUALLY A THING! Wish I would have read all the other negative reviews before I started giving you my shopping $$$ but rest assured they won’t be coming your way again! I’ll make sure everyone hears of this experience as well as I have a large social circle in the community. Even when I said ‘if I leave this store without my refund I will never be back’ they didn’t care less. Absolutely DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE Foodworks…you should be ASHAMED of yourself! Wish I could have given you ZERO STARS because that’s what you truly deserve! This is NOT how you run a business!

I have been shopping there for over 5 years and realised they have Been doing dodgy business. I went to buy meat from the butcher at the back of the store and chose two large pieces from the front. I realised the lady bent down and put pieces from the box under the front She asked me if 600grams is enough and I was surprised and asked her how two large pieces that were displayed in the front weighed so little and got her to take it out and show me how big they are. I saw that the meat had two different colours and extremely small and thin!! They were leftover meat kept elsewhere selling for the same price of $29.99. I don’t think there was a fridge on the floor either where she bent down to place meat in the plastic bag! Very very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. Won’t be purchasing meat there again and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Went to buy lamb BBQ chops at roxbourgh park foodworks and requested the staff that if i can get the thinner bunch from the back which was displaced on the same tray she told us we cant pick what we want she asked other staff as well and she also said we cant . Ijust wonder whats the difference between BBQ chops and normal chops because the chops cut there is so thick.CUSTOMER service so poor didnt know the name of the person serving me so rude.Should sell what bbq shops is one size not thick and thin.Should be customers rights to choose what we want to buy because we paying money for buying .

Their customers service and cleanliness is very bad and disgusting, I had a hijabi at the cashier and she was counting my vegetables that I picked out with her dirty hands after I asked her nicely to put on gloves she didn't even put any on and she got angry and threw them out on the cashier area which was even more DISGUSTING which is the same thing as using her bare hands, she then started yelling at me like I was the worker and she's the customer!!! She needs to get fired!!!! Very Disappointed would give no star of there was an option!!

Will you guys teach your staffs at the counter “What a Customer Service means.?”. I am a regular and noticing a careless behavior with one of your staff. Its not everyone. You should know who it is and observe the behavior of your staffs all the time. No Hello, No thank you, no smile on face. These are all basics and in this pandemic situation and agitation around the place pls think that you are not working for charity and public pays you money for the groceries and expect some value in customer service. I ordered 3 lamb legs and asked to cut to curry pieces. I saw the butcher bring meat from the back and mix it with my meat. He then hid 2 lamb legs. Don’t buy meat from here. They replace your meat with old meat from the back. I have reported the issue to management and they didn’t do anything about it. I prefer you goto freshplus they are fantastic and customer service is very good.

Amazing place for all our needs from groceries Variety of products Meat section is wonderful with different cuts available Dairy products are of huge variety as well same as the frozen products. Vegetables and fruits are always fresh with cheaper prices than giant supermarket. Since we moved to Melbourne, we do majority of our shopping here

Good big clean shop ..one staff lady was good ..other staff not welcoming ..manager is not treating customers well -no respect to customers ....also they hide some products for specific customers ...which is not fair .... So I hated this place ..also you need to wait at least 10 min to get your turn in the cashier... busy place .....

I was only customer standing 5 minutes in front of meat section( Sunday morning) . Girl washing nail's not serving me . I request me to server she ignored. 300 to 400 kg meat on different branchs and floor. ( out side of the fridge) . It's so quiet then ever . I have been shopping 15 years .

That little supermarket is very competitive and keeps his prices in check with the major brands. I find good deals in the meat section daily and the veggies that are inside are of impeccable quality and flavor and still at better prices than the major supermarket. Shopping bags are free!

Bought Chicken Curry Pieces From FoodWorks, Chicken Color started changing to grey With white patches, very strong SOUR SMELL like ammonia and sticky greasy pieces. I don’t know about rest of the meat products but i never recommended chicken from these guys if you want to he healthy.

Staff was cleaning the drawers at the back of the meat section, one of them came to serve, did not change the gloves, touched the meat without hesitation, when I reminded her about changing gloves, she said "oh that's nothing, pointing at something on the counter top. Disgusting!!!

Attended this business to do repairs to the deli slicers, I paid over $500 in parts and the store has never paid. Very poor business ethics, I’ve made dozens of calls and emails to the accounts department and the owners to no avail. Be warned if you do any work for this company.

Today i buy meat there, one woman with hijab take the meat (chicken an d minced beef) she was mop the floor, and she dont bother to changed the gloves to take the meat. Very unprofessional and not hygiene. Very dissapointed.because i always buy there.

The male workers managers etc are all lovely and friendly! however, girls at the checkout need to learn some manners they are just rude. get the guys back on the registers mr manager they are genuine fellas and happy not rude like some of the girls!!

The only reason it got any stars from me is because there's a cafe which is AMAZZZZING... Gorgeous fresh sweets, platters, coffee etc. and is also so clean you could probably eat off the floors lol it should be anywhere but it's current location!!!

The good fact is that it opens till 10 pm, but whats with the prices? recently visited and was disappointed with the prices. They were significantly higher than other stores in the area, making it difficult to justify shopping there regularly.

I recently visited footwork and was blown away by the quality of their produce. The vegetables were fresh and vibrant, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find everything I needed.

Convenient when you need Middle Eastern groceries in the evening as they open till late. Fruits and vegetables are good, prices sometimes are higher than other shops and sometimes cheaper. Friendly staff. Overall good service

Products at bear minium ,can't get everything I need , to buy one item you wait up to 10 minutes in line people jumping Infront with no consideration for others waiting , not wasting time better go Safeway or coles

Very dodgy. The price at the cashier is different from the displayed ones. I have caught them red handed for several times. The deli and butcher’s is even worse. But the worst is the rude and dismissive manager.

It has a cheap selling price comparing 2 other retailers. However, it still does not have the same qualities. A few items aren't fresh. Also, a meat service woman( new chines face) treated people improperly.

Fruits n vegis are usually fresh and on very competitive price. Meat section has variety of beaf lamb and chicken pieces. They have fresh cheese, olives with herbs, Arabic grocery and bakery sections.

I do not know about the products inside the shop which I presume will not be much different from coles or woolworths, but the fruit and vegies are fresh and a lot cheaper at food works craigieburn.

The fruit …it looks okay until u cut it open & it’s all rotten. I think they cover all their fruit with a thick coat of lacquer. I could find fresher fruit at the local tip …

MAKE SURE you are careful with the small print per kg or each for the fruits and veges. Besides that it is good. Prices are lower compared to other Turkish stores.

Their staff need to be taught simple mathematics. Sadly, a lot of cashiers anywhere do not possess this quality anywhere in Australia.

Some fruits & vegi outside the shop are cheaper compared to other shops but if you go inside then that's expensive one.
