They are absolutely amazing! It’s taken me 4 years and 2 years to write a review. I lost my niece 4 years ago. They helped me every step of the way! My mom passed 2 years ago and I was broken with the loss of my niece now my mom..... but Vangie was there for me again! Every step of the way!!!! I will recommend them to everyone I know. It was hard especially that my loved ones didn’t have life insurance! They made it possible for my loved ones to get a proper funeral! Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️ heart!

Every time I have a lost in the family I call San Antonio Mortuary. It don’t matter what time it is they attend & are so respectful & always makes things easier for me & my family unfortunately I lost 3 family members this year & Elizabeth & Vangie made everything so easy I recommend them 100 percent they are here for us. They go out there ways to make sure we have our loved ones laid to rest so peacefully. There place is always nice & comfortable always cleaned & sanitize. I wouldn’t go any other place.

I highly recommend them to everyone . They treat you like family , when my parents passed in 2019 Liz was there for our family i was really satisfied with the way they made my parents look very natural . Her hospitality was awesome and the made us feel welcomed in our time of need . Every family member that I've lost we've used the business and were very satisfied every time. Ive had some bodys of relatives there and i give this motuary a 5 star because in difficult times they problemsolve there are times the client is wrong as myself trying to give a bad review but sa motuary just does its job correctly. The times i thought they did wrong was on me not them. The mgr is awesome i work at a different funeral home. And know sa motuary is on top of things. Thanks guy's

The staff is very nice and very comforting they made my mom look very nice and attended to the family and friends very nice and politely..I highly recommend them for anyone .. Liz is very nice and polite and gets everything done for whoever is having the services and she and they go out of their way for you.

Don’t bother letting them take care of the services of your loved ones here they only care about the money . Director Elizabeth was rude and unprofessional, the way she responds to family of the deceased. If you really love your family take them somewhere they will be respected and ACTUALLY cared for.

If I could leave a zero I would. Staff was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Especially the owner and coordinator. Do not leave your loved ones in their hands.

I really like how my family and I was attentive to my mother's funeral arrangements. It was done perfectly to what my mother wanted a simple funeral nothing fancy.
