Writing on behalf of a former patient : 1. This is a business first and foremost - they are all about making money and only about making money. 2. Be prepared to stay with this Medical Centre permanently - as they will not release your medical records to a new Doctor at another Medical Centre. So if you have a chronic condition - be prepared to have your medical information withheld and you will be given many reasons as to why they will not be released, basically, the Medical Centre owns your records. 3. Doctors are not permanent staff, they are constantly sacked and you will not know of this until after you attend your appointment with a new Doctor. You will be told many lies as to why Doctor's have left, the truth is this is a money-making business, they want the patients that the Doctor's bring with them, then they sack the Doctor's, and their patients are passed onto new Doctor's. 4. If management don't get on well with any member of staff, then expect to see new staff or staff shortages constantly. 5. Management of this practice has lost all integrity, honour, respect and caring of patients. 6. No Integrity - This Medical Practice should remember that Patients - go to a Medical Centre to see a Doctor, it is not the Centre itself but the Doctor who is important. Patients want to see their Doctor, who they have a rapport with and who knows their medical history, not some random Doctor that the management chooses for them. 7. No Honour - to treat a Learned Colleague (Dr Carpenter & Dr Butler) with little regard and disrespect, is such a dishonest and disgusting manner, therefore management and other Doctors practicing this = is to have no Honour. (Would you trust a Doctor who treats a fellow Doctor like this) NO. 8. Respect - to treat fellow Doctors with no respect means they will treat their patients with no respect. A patient needs to be heard and listened to, but if they treat their fellow Doctors like this, then expect as a patient to be treated the same way. After the way my friend and quite a few other patients were treated after they had sacked their Doctor and the debacle with their patient records being withheld, then I can certainly say I will not be a patient there - I want my medical records to follow me to the Doctor of my choice not be held hostage by Management and the Clinic.

This is the best GP clinic I have been to. I have been seeing Dr Amulya for the past 2 years. I've always felt listened to and walked away confident she's doing all she can do to help improve my condition/problem. She is very knowledgeable particularly with women's health concerns and is always able to communicate complex information in understandable terms. She often runs overtime with patients as she goes above and beyond for her patients and works collaboratively with other care providers. She is 110% worth the wait and her after care is fantastic. The admin team are always friendly, Lexi is always quick to respond to emails. I also love that I can book and change my appointments online and the fees are reasonable.

Dr Sanjay & Dr Jeff Harding have both collectively helped me with a variety of medical treatments. There is no comparison to the medical treatment received with from these two gentlemen to any other doctors I’ve seen. I now have manageable pain after a life long sentence to chronic back pain. Dr Sanjay has helped with a variety of other things, all which have resolved or improved to the best of their ability. I am prescribed the medicine I need, I am called back when I need and the overall service has given me a improved general sense of well-being. Every visit has been met with delightful reception staff and in house nurse. The service couldn’t improve and I am very lucky to have found Sandgate doctors.

Dr Sanay, is VERY good. Seen him many times for various things but he was the only doctor who got it right for a small nail problem I had (as the other doctors in NSW didn't diagnose me correctly) and there fore has given me a different treatment. For the first time in 4 years my thumb nail grows back! Everyone who works there are very friendly and professional. ('Loch' isnt my legal surname right now but I am genuine patient and came in yesterday)

DR SANAY GADIYAR is one of the best GP’s I have ever had looking after my health. He is friendly, approachable, very professional, gives you plenty of time to talk about your concerns, always follows up to see how you are going and has very steady hands, that combined with professional staff makes it a fantastic GP clinic. Dr Gadiyar performed my vasectomy and I couldn’t be happier. Well done, would recommend to anyone.

Dr Nicole Gryg is absolutely amazing. She is the best doctor we’ve ever had and I am so glad we found her! She is kind, caring, compassionate and just so great at her job (is very thorough and always explains everything in detail). She is great with our children as well. I can not recommend Dr Gryg enough.

We have been patients of Sandgate doctors since 2017, the staff are friendly and always fit my kids in which is comforting as a parent. Dr Gadiyar is knowledgeable, professional and has a great patient demeanour. Recently I saw the new female doctor Nicole Gryg she was fantastic.

Been going for 3 years to see Dr Sanjay, he is always very good and knowledgeable in many areas, as well as the other doctors there whom I've seen from time to time, and always very happy with professionalism of all staff and all receptionists. Thank you for helping me.

Started going there recently and found that despite it being a busy practice the appointments always run on time. The doctor's treat you as a friend rather than a patient and ensure you leave the practice happy. Highly recommend Sandgate Doctors.

They asked me to come in 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. No problems. 45mins later I am still waiting for the doctor! If I did that in my business, there would not be a business.

I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Much better than a lot of other surgeries I have been to in the past, the doctors do care for your welfare here.
