Yesterday 9:02pm I got SMS that we delivered your Article By Diwakar Kuma (Beat no. B13) ......but not yet ..What should I think is this scam or your everytime mistake. This incident not only 1st time this is 3rd time I faced please don`t do that when you didn`t deliver please don`t send fraud SMS that we deliverd.

Extremely poor service that I have ever seen. From tomorrow till today morning I called them 18 times on their given contact number but no one answered single call. Is this the way how they treat incoming calls, are the officials that much busy, they can't even answer to customer call.

My packet sent from China was wrongly delivered to other person,talked with them but got no fruitfull answer so i refund the the amount and got full refund..This post office is very little and wonder why such sub post office is able to received my packet which is about 90kgs weight..

The staff is not willing to work. The infrastructure is messy. Only one window for all account related process and most of the time server is down. Better choose other banks, courier service providers as this post office is unreliable.

The worst service. They are not ready to work. To mature an RD they took one week and still work is incomplete. There computers didn't work, when the computer work they refuse to work. They will Sit free but not ready to work.

My residence Milan Apartment is 2 K.M from this office, Very close to police line but they redirect my DRIVING LICENCE twice to Hauz Khash which is 25 K.m from our place. It seems they dont know about their area.

In this Saraswati Post Office Adhar facilitation centre is there. But when we reached there ther staff is always saying that the machine for adhar is not working.

Two windows unattended and Aadhar updation staff not available, this is permanent centre of Aadhar. Government should review their centre.
