My friend was experiencing problems with his card because he couldn't access his banking app. The petrol attendant called the manager who was beyond rude. He started banging the car and shouting. After making the payment he didn't even apologize for his rudeness. Still traumatized.

Just bad service from forecourt staff. Had a problem with petrol attendant and I tried to call manager or owner. The lady that answer call just say hello and drops the call. Really bad service for a new business.

The customer service was the best. The petrol attended Mustafaa gave the best service ever and recommended the sasol rewards card. Keep it up..

Second Fill up at this Sasol in 2 months and the rewards card is still not accepted. What’s going guys ? Is this not a real Sasol ??

4 Star petrol station I'd say, because mostly community members work there

Needs new mangers ans the colors they have No respect very rude and dirty
