Diana is a great bank teller who has great customer service experience and helped me out a lot with my inquiries, would definitely, positively, absolutely recommend that you have the chance to be accompanied by diana soueid. One of the worst branches in Ottawa. Very unprofessional staff. ATMs don’t accept cash deposits and tellers can’t even print a proper bank draft. One of the tellers began asking me personal questions about getting a job after noticing my workplace in the system.

Horrible staffing the manager made me feel like a criminal I had alot money paid to me and they treated me as if I stole it. I went and got my cheques certified at rbc came back and they still didn't want to give me my money after an hour

They keep switching my account to charge me more on monthly fees without letting me know. After realizing this, they refused to refund the monthly fees I never signed up for. Side note: their tech looks like it was programmed by toddlers.

Its a one stop shop really. A lot of stuff has changed, there is now a dollar store and the Pet Value has expanded! There is also a Rogers! All in all its cute little spot with lots of good finds. I would recommend anyone go.
