What an unethical company. Do not use this company no matter how desperate you are. They tell you call out fee is 450 Knowing then have hidden fees. From 450 to 2930 they don’t even tell you how it works or how much to expect to pay. To open a lock that took not even 5mins. I would say it’s a scam of some sort honestly. And the guy stands and wait for you pay. I told them i could only pay 1000. They asked me for copy of documents so they can bill ne.

Very unethical business practices. I called them to open a locked door which they opened but the problem was back again within a week. When I called them to fix it they said there wouldn't be a price. Lo and behold after fixing I'm suddenly being harassed to pay the exact same fee of R650 for a job that should have been done properly in the first place. Save yourselves the headache and use a more reputable service. Lesson learnt

They were not up front with price and didn’t say there was a double charge on Sunday. It was R2200 for a full service, they only told me about the call out fee of R160. The lock that they put in was R170 and took 5min. They were also quite rude. Please do not use these locksmiths.

Very unethical business! They advertise R200 call out fee and then quoted us R1550 for just opening the top latch of a door that was stuck which was 10 minutes of labour and no parts. Managed to talk them down to R1000 but please don't use them.

Call out fee = 895 After hours fee = 495 Broke a door and lock to open it = 2495. Did not discuss the cost prior to working and did an extremely poor job. Not happy with these locksmiths.

Significantly overcharges. Make sure you get a quote before they help you unlock a door. Cheaper to just break the door and replace it than to use their service.

Scam artists. R280 call out fee and then R2000 worth of hidden costs. For 5 min of work. What a rip off. Do not use them no matter how desperate you are.

We were not informed about the charges but only call out but the lock left broken with an invoice of R3190

Very bad service please do not use them. They left my cliants truck in a bad state and broke the ignition
