Pre ordered my parking online, based on my map location enquiry. When I got to my location, the code provided wouldn't work. I Eventually discovered I had been booked into a parking block 8 blocks away!!!!!!! Furious, as I had to drive back through peak traffic, & pay the ridiculous rates in the parking block I originally enquired about. They wouldn't refund me, because my "cancellation" was less than 24 hours!! (bit impossible considering I booked 12 hours prior to use)!!

Do not park here if you actually want a car park. Do not book online for this car park, book at Cathedral Square instead. There must have only been around 50 parks, some of which had reserved signs, so we had to leave. If you went down lower there were hundreds of tenant parks being unused on the weekend. Tried parking in one of these as we had no other options and the lifts could not be used without an access card. Worst car park I have used in Brisbane.

I was late for 1 minute and was happy to pay but the machine did not accept my card. I called and asked to let me go as its only 1 minute and I had cars behind waiting for me. Lady was saying I should give them my phone number, so it was taking a long time. It was not my fault that their machine was not working. The lady over the phone was extremely rude, was not listening what I was saying. It was the worst client service I ever faced!

only giving one star because we eventually got out. car park doesn’t take apple pay or cash!!!!! what kind system is that!! once we realised there was no apple pay option we walked 500m to the nearest atm only to come back and find out there was no option for cash. absolute screw around. ended up spending more than an hour in the carpark trying to get out at 10pm. we eventually got out by paying over the phone.

Absolutely disgusting, the website and the signs were extremely misleading. I parked for half an hour just to run upstairs and collect some headphones only to be forced to pay $41 at the gate to get out. This was after looking online and seeing that it would be around $13. On top of this, customer service was appalling. DO NOT PARK HERE!

The parking sports are wide although the entrance is steep and really tight corners not suitable for large car, my medium car took 3 turn to get around just the entry. Has a Max high of 2.0/ 2.2 m. Overall cost was extremely expensive only parked in the city due to work otherwise would recommend avoiding it.

Terrible! I booked a carpark online, but when I arrived there were no free spaces left! I emailed to complain and they gave me a credit for the cost (saying that had lots of 'drive-ins' that night), but a reserved spot should be reserved. Weird way to do business. I'll never park there again.

Online booking signup process is poor. They email you the code instead of SMS causing hold ups looking for code in email. The keypad at entry is poor. Also over weekends there is one lift that works with no signs telling you which is the lift that “works”. Overall a poor experience.

NEVER use their service again!! They are frauds!! I cancelled my parking contract with them in March but they are still sending me invoices and deducting money from my Bank account. When I asked to refund it back , they always promised but have never done it!! Very disappointing!!!

Parked here yesterday because I figured as long as we had somewhere to park, it would be fine. Not even an hour later we were charged $46. Compared to others it doesn't seem that much but it's a ridiculous amount of money. We hope to never come back here ever again.

Pre booked online but barely any spots available. Fortunately someone was leaving otherwise I would've had to leave. Also the car park itself has tight corners to get around which does not make it ideal. Wouldnt bother parking here again.

One of the worst customer service teams encountered. To be in car park management and have no idea about sites, especially disability access, very poor. Sad that there is not many options, or they would have lift their game.

Even 1 star is way too much. Parked our car for an hour and were charged $57 where it says "from $3" on their board outside of the building. Worst car park experience I ever had. Rip of, Rip off, Rip off...

This parking lot is the biggest rip off I have ever come across. $8 Sign out the front, what a joke. Read the fine print before entering. Over $40 for half an hour. $81 for a lost ticket. Bloody thieves.

disgusted.... I called into for a coffee above the carpark for a short notice meeting. I spotted the sign which said From $10. I only have 30 to 40 min to spare and figured that would be great.

Handy location, North end of the city, need to look carefully for the entrance it's tricky, you have good access its under groin 3 levels, there is also child minding centre here as well

Have sent 3 requests over 3 weeks to review the price paid for parking my motorbike and have yet to hear from customer support, yes I made a mistake but customer service is lacking

Decent location, parks are well spaced. Ramps in and out are rather steep, wouldn't recommend to anyone with lower suspension as you will scrape the front lip trying to leave.

Best inner city parking l have used, Handy within 5 min to most business in the city Rate is best to do on line booking as casual, it takes 2 min and worth the

Staff were helpful and as I was an early bird check on I actually got a dedicated park and didn't have to leave my keys (with the staff).

It's very convenient but extraordinarily difficult to find the driveway... On Adelaide St. They need to put the location in Google Maps.

Felt like I'd been robbed after parking here for the morning and being charged $82! Would not recommend!
