The parking costs here are way too exorbitant. Sure, book online and get it cheaper (if you're parking long-term), but the fact they're capitalising on people going out for food or a walk along the water, way too expensive. Lower your prices.
What a shock!! We spent around 30mins looking for a carpark like everyone else and everywhere was obviously full. If the carpark was full, they should have a sign saying so! And not only that, we were charged on our way out after finding no
Terrible, terrible experience. Pre-booked and pre-paid for a space on a Saturday night and turned up at the correct time. Then had to do lap after lap after lap of the car park for 40-45 minutes searching for an available space, along with
The car park is relatively good comparing to the rest of them in the city. However, they still have problems, the B1 only allows people to park up to 3 hours while it oversells the parking space. I book early-bird everyday and it turns out
I tried multiple ways to cancel my monthly parking and simply no one answers. On the website is no sign of how to cancel, I send an inquiry and contacted someone I was dealing with earlier yet I’m waiting for a reply, and the hotline just
Customer care is horrible and this specific parking spot double charges you if you’ve paid at the self-serve kiosk. Those transactions are not recognised and you will be forced to pay again at the boom gates. Once this happens, they will
Complete rip off. We spent 30 minutes looking for a park, lots of cars were doing the same so it was all blocked and everyone was annoyed. To our surprise, we were charged on our way out when we didn't even find a park! There was a long
I will never ever book at secure parking at howard smiths wharf ever again, what a bloody shambles ! Booked and pre paid.showed up put our code in and we are in ! Problem was the car park was full ! No car parks and not just us ! Cars
Secure Parking ,Why you kept asking people to send feedback emails to you ? Have you done something immediately to fix the issues when you read many people complaint same things? Why your service attitude and response are so poor !
Was there for just under 3 hours and was charged $41 for parking (max charge of over 24 hours), per advertised pricing it should have been $32 only The machines need to be updated as you charge way over your advertised price,
Update 25/12/21: never received an email reply. After 3 hours on phone I got through and eventually (after being offered a gift card for my refund.. which is illegal) was told I would receive my refund in 5-10 business days.
Over charged. When we went it was meant to be $10 per hrs. we arrived at 10.48, as our ticket said and left at 11.48, again, as our ticket and the machine showed on the way out but we were charged $16. WTF!
What a rip off indeed. We are tourists and thought we would check the warves out but parking there costs more than eating at the restaurants. And we only stayed less than a couple of hours.
Loads of issues with issuing receipts on exit. It's inconvenient to have to email to get a tax invoice each time. Great location but receipt tickets being constantly out is frustrating.
1h -> AUD 21.- What else can you say about this? Even as a Swiss who lives in the city with the highest cost of living Zurich, I think this price is simply theft!
Besides the high cost to park here, the quality of service is subpar. The ticket machine wouldn't allow me to pay using the contactless method and so
There are only 2 things a fully automated secure parking facility needs to do: 1. Allow for the secure parking of vehicles (Check - did that.)
Pre-booked AND pre-paid and on arrival they are full. Told to try on-line to get money back and to try a different car park blocks away.
Easy to book and easy to use the pin to get in and out. Sometimes there is staff around too at the entrance to assist.
Car park is very busy and will charge you for entering even if you are unable to get a park.
Rip-off. Even tried to charge me $7.00 to leave even though there were no parks available.
DO NOT PARK HERE! Spent 1.5 hrs queued to get out of car park on a Wednesday night.
Ease of parking close to Howard Smith Wharf. Pricing is ridiculous. $39 for 4 hrs
Convenient parking spot, just a shame there are no night rates specials.
Ridiculously over priced - parking is more expensive than the food :D
Easy to find, parking is simple and it is a great location.
Rip off. >= $20 if you're stopping for a meal at the wharf.
Can't talk to anyone. Hopeless to find how to book
Booked out Really need more parking options
