One of the better parking facilities I have been to. On my last visit I was here with my brother Max and his smoking hot wife Emily. They have a new Toyota Hilux. Must be nice. I noticed the tyres didn't make a squealing sound as we turned sharply, which was a bit annoying. But aside from that I only have only positive memories of the place. It wasn't too noisy, the linemarking was executed to perfection and there were some good looking people walking about in the carpark, not fat annoying looking people like you usually see in carparks. After we left the carpark, I though back to a time when I kissed a girl I used to date, in a carpark. Maybe one day I will have a girlfriend who I can come back to this carpark with. Overall it was a great experience.

Why the entrance doesn't have any ticket machine? I won't trust the plate camera any more. I parked there for less than three hours on Feb 5th but charged me $20. I submitted the dispute online. First time the customer service asked for “completed” bank transaction proof, as the transaction was “pending” at that time. That’s fair so I just waited the transaction to be completed. Then I sent the completed transaction to them yesterday, then they replied the fare was accurate. I don’t think $20 for 3 hours parking is an accurate fare.

Update: My initial review was on 05/01/2023 and prices have since increased again as of 04/03/2023 so have included new price photo. Great parking space in West End to visit shops or restaurants nearby. Used to be free up to 3 hours, but looks like they've now changed it to only 2 hours. There's a 2.5% surcharge to pay by card, but then no option available to pay with cash. Our $3 fee became $3.07, however when I looked at my bank statement it was $3.14. Obviously not a big deal but just the principal of it is slightly annoying.

Terrible! 1. I'd like a ticket next time I drive in so we both have evidence of how long I parked for. 2. Covid safe Check in app recorded the time I arrived at West Village and I left way before 2 hour limit. Still, unattended ramp insisted I pay $2 which it failed tk collect on first instance. Call the number....get someone in India call centre....not much help at all. Eventually ended up being charged $2.05 which I am guessing $0.05 is debit card surcharge. I believe I'll be shopping at Coles from now on.

First time there. No entry ticket machine. Ok ! tower Maybe number plate recog and pay on leaving. Had a lovely experience breakfast & shopping at the amazing Harris Farms Mkt. 2hrs 10mins afterwards we attempted to leave. Stopped at the parking exit & attempted to pay with CCard. No response and traffic milling behind. Called help & waited in line (3 rd caller) for at least 10 mins plus. Not impressed. Might go to Coles car park. Or wait until Garris Farms comes to Ayes Rock in 2032!!!

If you love being trapped in an underground car park in a long line of agitated shoppers trying to leave, this is the parking lot for you! Without any phone reception to call for help, you may want to make sure you have survival provisions in your vehicle. The lack of phone reception is negated once you approach the exit and call Secure Parking… as the call is automated and wont be answered.

It is another new place to park in west end which is pretty good, 2hrs free as normal. But the entrance is a bit confusing when I first came, also steep and narrow. So after that, I still park in Coles and then walk to west village …

Two hours and five minutes - 32 dollars !!! Scandalous. And they wonder why people don’t go into city to shop !!’

A plenty of parking space at B2. Not many stores, but full of people.
