A warning to all renters and people associated with this bunch, I have an incident that might make you think twice dealing with this organisation. 29/10/2020 - My flatmate organises a viewing of an open house for Saturday; because of an absolute complete lack of information from photos we had no way of telling if the location was fully fenced, a requirement for us. 30/10/2020 I ring up the real estate asking the penultimate question, "is it fully fenced" yes, I rang late in the day, but not so late a phone call couldn't have been made. I was told by staff "We'll call you back" - Nothing. 31/10/2020 I rang again, to confirm, again, if it was fully fenced, I again, get told "We'll get back to you" I stipulate that the drive from my location to the destination is quite lengthy and I can't afford to drive out to instantly discount the location. An hour before the inspection "No, it's not fully fenced, however, the inspection has been cancelled due to a lack of interest, and the only person who registered, cancelled" - Well, no, they didn't because I live with them and they wouldn't have cancelled without telling me. So, that's lying for one. But here's the kicker, and to the asswads who work for 'Professionals', while unstable, my time is worth $70/hour minimum. Due to the brain-dead manner in which this company was run, I had to turn down 4 jobs, ranging in value from $90-150, or in other words in top of screwing me around and wasting my time, I've lost from jobs alone, nearly $500. Now call it whatever you want, but also, since I wasn't out, taking one of the jobs, my car got caught by a hailstorm, destroying a window, shattering my windshield and causing damage to my car. Which is going to cost me another $500 to have fixed. So, those that read this far, I advise, do not associate with this dumpster fire of a real estate agency.

WORST AGENCY IN BRISBANE. JUDY BROWNE, rented a property to myself and a few friends. Broke numerous property laws, did not maintain property at all. Starewell broke due to ROTTEN FLOORS and this was somehow our fault. Judy is VERY rude and does not have time for others only herself. Professionals Toowong is the most unprofessional agency I have ever come across. Principle dealers are arrogant and argumentitive and will try and take you for every cent. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM all other reviews are made by friends and family of the agents and DO NOT reflect there true performance. They do not allow reviews on RATEMYAGENT and want everyone to think they are good. Absolute Con-Artists, and by the end they even placed us on a TICA database, when I contacted TICA they advised me that there were no sufficient grounds for the penalty... funny that bloody bunch of grubs.

They organized fixing stuff very quickly. it's the owner paying for the fix anyway. But the contractors they organized to fix stuff never did a good job and messed my apartment every time. They are helpless and misleading in moving out cleaning. They nominated (suggested) a cleaner who charged very high and rised the price on the cleaning day. Fine, but that cleaner didn't do curtain cleaning so the realestate nominated another cleaner to me... it's not too expensive to clean the curtain but the minimum charge was twice the price... They are not friendly at all.

We do a lot of work with the Professionals Toowong team and have found them to be extremely efficient, professional and their communication is outstanding. They care for all people involved in managing property from the owners to the tenants to the contractors - this makes working with them extremely enjoyable. A special mention to Nikki who is delightful in all dealings we have with her, she's certainly a great asset to the organisation. We look forward to continuing our working relationship in 2017.

Professional and a great support It was great to deal with the sale of our property through Jay. He showed a high level of integrity and honesty and pursued the best possible outcome for the sale. We really couldn’t have asked for a better agent to present us in this process as Jay had a good knowledge of the market and made sure everything proceeded very quickly. Jay, Hans and their team have also always been very professional and supportive over the many years they have managed our property.

Steven from Secure Property is a cut above the rest! Recently I went to a rental inspection with him, not only was he early and kindly waiting for me out the front, greeting me but he had the property opened and airing for the inspection and could answer all the questions I had regarding the property. The property was immaculate which indicated he cared for not only his tenants but also the properties he manages. He was flexible with his time, knowledgeable and professional. 15/10 service!

A great experience with Secure over a couple of years. Steve K has been GREAT, always has been there if I had a problem and always been willing to hear out concerns (which there are next to none).
