"Lovely cosy cafe with very friendly service and staff who are up for a chat"
"Actually been here a few times now and decided to write a review due to multiple yummy experiences"
"The front section of this café is quite small but charming – there is another section in the back but it was not visible from where we were seated"
"I've been coming here for years and I feel bad I haven't left a review sooner"
"SO wonderful to be back in Sins courtyard for dining in after 6th lockdown! Chris and the Sins gang were my unfailing support throughout the endless lockdowns, ever cheerful, always good coffee and food options, and they have now immediately pivoted back to good full dine-in/takeaway service"
Lovely cosy cafe with very friendly service and staff who are up for a chat. A nice old school, homey cafe! Quality coffee! Homey, classic comforting food options. I love that this cafe has multiple rooms to enjoy your cafe experience in (so many cafes these days are just one open large space). The backyard outside area is also great, with a red and white canopy and beautiful big trees to enjoy especially in the warmer months. I’ve eaten here only a few times, specifically for the Canadian Pancakes! I rarely order pancakes but these sounded like a good hangover feed! Overall hard to go wrong, simple dish..yummo! That said, wish the icecream was a creamier variety (as the one served tastes quite icy). Also would love them served with a different nut, I’m not feeling the pecans (even though they pair well with maple syrup..) Overall a friendly, easy cafe worth visiting :) Suggestions Wish the toilet window was more covered/private. I feel like the back room could use a bit of a spruce with some more art and maybe more lively plants. The Mantelpiece would be a great place to display lots of trinkets.

Actually been here a few times now and decided to write a review due to multiple yummy experiences. Dishes ordered: - WRATH: Spanish eggs cooked in house made salsa, olives, red onion, parmesan, chorizo, jalapenos with sourdough - SLOTH: Chilli scrambled eggs, fresh chilli, mint, coriander, Thai basil, marinated tofu and dried shallots on sourdough (added a side of honey lamb and rosemary sausage) Food comes out looking great and tastes as good as it looks. The Spanish Eggs has a lot of flavours going on but I enjoyed all of it. I also love salsa so it was an easy decision. Chilli scrambled eggs has enough spice you know it's there but not enough to overpower. Eggs were nice and fluffy and soft. Additions of mint, coriander and Thai basil add keep the dish from becoming repetitive. Shallots add that crispy texture to the dish. Overall, simple but yum. Coffee was good too and as I mentioned before I've been here numerous times now and I give them credit for their consistency.
The front section of this café is quite small but charming – there is another section in the back but it was not visible from where we were seated. The first thing customers experience on walking in, is the cheerful greeting of the staff. This was our second visit and on both occasions were made to feel very welcome. On this occasion we had Eggs Your Way scrambled on gluten free vegan loaf. Mushroom soup – served with crusty bread and 2 hot chocolates. Eggs, soup and drinks all good. Total cost $41. Not to be missed are the covers of the Menu’s – recycled old Little Golden Books. Quite innovative and very nostalgic for some of us. Parking is available in the side streets around the café. This time my photos are not of the food, that was certainly worth a photo, but the menu was too cute to pass up.

I've been coming here for years and I feel bad I haven't left a review sooner. The staff are always friendly and informed about the menu, they always make you feel welcome. Tasty and good standard breakfast and lunch items which are always fresh and priced well. The venue is super inclusive, it's accessible and you can bring a dog. The specials are always delicious and I regularly order them such as the blue cheese eggs I had recently. My favourite brunch/brekky venue in Melbourne and they're open every day which makes them even better.

SO wonderful to be back in Sins courtyard for dining in after 6th lockdown! Chris and the Sins gang were my unfailing support throughout the endless lockdowns, ever cheerful, always good coffee and food options, and they have now immediately pivoted back to good full dine-in/takeaway service. I am back to working my way through all the tasty things that are better eaten immediately, not takeaway, saturday was eggs florentine and bacon, i think tomorrow is the pancakes! so now to shift from daily or every other day drop by for coffee/takeaway/escape work desk, back to a few times a week escape my work desk and dine in to enjoy the amazing Sins food, friendly smiles, great coffee, and my favorite employee, Benji the the ficus benjimina tree in the back courtyard!
The menu is cute! it’s disappointed that the canadian pancake was sold out. The staffs are friendly, he recommended something else for us. We had a Mexican egg benedict (today’s special) and leg day breakfast. Coffee is good, even the milk foam was a bit disinterested. It was a busy lunch, totally understandable. I will visit again for the pancake.

In a small town of Seddon at Victoria Street, you find many nice cafe and restaurants. I stopped by one which has a catchy name, Seddon Deadly Sins Cafe. The front section of this café is quite small but charming, tables were creativity sketched. Walk thru to the back section, you'll be greeted with a charming courtyard. The menu was recycled old Little Golden Books, innovative and very nostalgic. And not forgetting the great service from the staffs here
Fantastic place for breakfast. Really friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Loved the menus. Great service. We ordered Wrath which my friend loved and I ordered the Green eggs and ham. They were fantastic. Fabulous texture and taste. Drinks were lovely. I'll definitely be back.

The food was not bad and the vibe of the place is good. However, the pork belly wasn't seasoned evenly hence some parts were saltier than others like way way saltier. The dirty chai I got tasted quite weird in my mouth. The "vanity" dish, in the other hand, was quite nice with the on-point chicken. Overall, I wasn't too satisfied but the friendly serving was a plus. Hence 4 stars.
Amazing breakfast menu. Coffee is one of the best you'll have in Melbourne. Great cosy decor! Will definitely be back again Update: 2 years and many, many, maaany visits later and this place still never fails to satisfy. Keep it up guys!

This has always been a fav cafe of mine over tge years, though this visit we were a lil disappointed with the food. I had falafels and they were pretty tasteless. My cocktail was quite watery also. Best meal was the special pork belly dish.

I used to like it here, but my girlfriend and I both felt queasy and got food poisoning after coffee and breakfast here. We had oat lattes, the lamb sandwich and the vanity meal together. Sadly I would recommend to avoid as a result.

Food was horrendous, over cooked. Cannot make Hollandaise. Waitress was the only saving grace BUT her job should not be to apologise. Pretty sure the hole in the floor would fail a health inspection too.

The food is great! Been here twice and the service is always always always great! Very helpful and never rush u out but say it really politely! Love the coffee and also love the pancakes! One of the best in the west! They have a variety of pastry to choose from as well. Will be back for sure - pancakes!
Had an absolutely delightful breakfast here yesterday morning. The staff, the service, the food, the location and the venue are all so wonderful. The food didn’t take long to get to us considering how busy it was and It was cooked to perfection. Everything tasted amazing. I’ll definitely be back!
Had the specials (Mexican poached eggs) and the kramsly special with my partner, Coffee Wass amazing, hot chocolate was good, great service , would recommend to others to go, and will be returning for sure!

Always great service and food. Cannot fault this place. Highly recommended! Baked eggs here will always be my fave. I recommend ordering extra bread or get a side of hasbrownbrown to make the most of all the sauce! Tip: make a booking, although they have fast service and table turn.
We found a fried dead insect in our bowl of fries. They apologised and gave us a free coffee each, but still charged us 9$ for the fries. The falafel bowl and medly of mushrooms was fine

Excellent cafe for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Huge breakfast range (although I tend to stick to the Atlantic as I’m a creature of habit) with exceptional food quality. The cherry on top is definitely the service where you always feel welcomed and attended to.
I Seddon-ly fell in love with this place. Who could’ve known that committing deadly sins would be so heavenly! Friendly service, great ambiance, superb coffee, has nice backyard too. Always my go to cafe for pancakes if I’m too lazy cooking my brekkie.
Coffee was great. The meals were good, and they were accomodating in terms of veg options. Good atmosphere and loved the decor. Staff were lovely! Would come back here.

Nice spot to pop into for breakfast. Tasty dishes. Nice outdoor area to sit in if you want to be out in the sun or have your furry friends with you. Staff are friendly but busy and I found I had to ask for my coffee order a couple times.
Absolutely loved having brunch here yesterday. Great atmosphere, friendly service, amazing coffee and delicious food. The menus were a nostalgic touch via repurposing old Little Golden Books, it took is back to simpler times. Thank you.

Staff are lovely and coffee is decent, but the food is pretty average. Toast was unbuttered, poached eggs were super vinegary and the mushrooms were rubbery. Not great.
Waiter had a bit of Sass but all good. Food was excellent. Definitely going to try the chilli scramble next time.
