Super nice and competent people but the store is not open when it says it will be. I’ve driven across the island twice now to get key copies for our business and both times no one was here during the hours indicated as “open” on Google. Updating the review to answer the question in the response: (1) this morning (Nov. 17 at 10:00 - waited until 10:10), (2) Approx. 4-6 weeks ago when there was a paper on the door saying you were closed for a few weeks (was not updated on google).

Il vous vend du bon marché et quand ça se casse il vous accuse d’avoir changé la serrure avant de le contacter pour venir le réparer. N’importe quoi. Serrure de boîte à lettres dans un grand immeuble avec un portier 24/7. Évitez ce business.

I've had a good experience with them. I had a copy of my house and garage keys made by the lady that works there. It was quick, no fuss, and inexpensive (2$+tx/key). The keys worked just fine. They charge differently for other keys, but I didn't bother to ask more.

Très professionnel et donne rapidement suite aux appels de service, Laurent le patron connait très bien son métier, ce qui évite des dépenses inutiles. Nous gérons plusieurs immeubles de petites et grandes tailles dans Montréal et on fait toujours appel à lui.

I dealt with a lady working there twice over the phone and once in person. She was very kind and helpful. We thought we were left with a filing cabinet with no key but they found exactly what we needed. The key worked well. We are happy with their service.

The worst experience ever the customer service sucks there .. ask the lady if she have one kind of a key she didn't mind to look for it .. she like I don't have it goodbye.. like she didn't want to work.. And I want to go there ever again..

Interactions de qualité, mais prix un peux douteux. On m'a estimé 100$ (40$ piece, 60$ main d'oeuvre) pour le changement de"un resort de poigné a 2$ sur Amazon. Au final, je l'ai fait moi même et ai sauvé 98$.

Je viens tout juste de sortir du magasin. Service vite et efficace, la madame etait très gentille aussi. Je comprends pas pourquoi certains en plaigneraient. 5 etoiles, merci beaucoup.

Came here to get a copy of a medico and regular key. They did both in under 10 mins.
