Had a Telehealth booked for 2:50pm and after more than an hour tried calling numerous times only to get no answer. Come 5:30pm and they’re closed and still never got called. Not the first time this has happened with Telehealth being delayed hours and have been blatantly forgotten even at the centre when I always book appointments ahead. Was meant to see Relativio as he was the only one available to book today - in the past he has asked irrelevant, judgemental and ridiculous questions. Usually see Benedicto but she was unavailable. Been going here since I was young and service has definitely declined - have had issues requiring surgery and other serious issues ignored and not believed on the severity for years until issues got that severe that my daily life was impacted. I’ve waited more than an hour in person and have waited 3+ hours for Telehealth in the past. Not only do you have to wait hours even when booking ahead but often you won’t be believed on your symptoms and severity. If I included all the lack of care and judgment I have received here it would be far too long.

Unprofessional customer service and completely unapologetic for their error. I booked an appointment a few days in advance, set my whole morning and work trip around this and they cancelled about 30mins prior. They attempted to call me this morning and left a voicemail asking me to call them back, which I did a few times with no response, funny considering they asked me to call. On my final attempt while parking near the centre they informed me that they had to cancel my appointment. Here is some feedback, if you ask someone to call you pick up the phone I called several times and there was no response, if its last minute cancellation you could have stated that in you voicemail or sent a text or an email or anything to give me adequate time to find an alternative. Finally regard the excuse of no power at the facility, this is on you to have redundancy. Take this on board and do better for your future clients. Myself, my family nor my friends will be one.

Booked the first appointment available with the doctor for that day I arrived 15mins early. The receptionist informed me that the doctor has not arrived yet but I will be the first one seen when he does which was fine I was early. 20mins past my appointment time I asked the receptionist where the doctor was as when I booked the first appointment I assumed I wouldn’t have to wait. The receptionist then informed me he has not arrived, she does not know where he is and he is ALWAYS late to work. Very unprofessional. Will be going to alpha medical centre from now on only giving a 2 start review because I like the nurse you have working there she is very kind and professional.

I have been coming here for a while. The Doctors are amazing. Very caring and helpful. I would definitely recommend. I would have given five stars except for the few times I have been kept waiting an hour past my appointment time. I completely understand that things happen that is outside the control of the centre which is absolutely fine...It doesn't happen all the time here but when it does its frustrating. Would recommend calling in ahead of your appointment to check if they are running on time. Really like the Doctors and the reception is friendly. I will keep coming here for sure.

As Always very professional & efficient. It was easy to make a convenient booking. And I received a confirming email. Reception was friendly & helpful. The booking ran to time. Most importantly the doctor provided all information & completed this most recent procedure without any issues. In & out in no time with everything done. Can definately recommend based on the last 7 or 8 years that I have been attending this Practise

The doctor I saw was rude, condescending and dismissive. I told her I had been sick for a month, and she acted like she didn’t believe me. She didn’t listen to anything I said, asked me the same questions multiple times. She then lectured me like was a child about dressing warm - I was wearing jeans and a hoodie. I saw another doctor elsewhere and it turns out I had glandular fever.

The doctors are great, there are nurses that take blood, flu shots and other things, the receptionists are all lovely, helpful and if you've been there long enough make you feel like family. The Priceline Pharmacy is right next door. You can book in for a scan just around the corner everything is close at hand . You can have coffee, something to eat while waiting. I love this place.

I'm sitting here waiting for the doctor to call us. Even if we came in at least 5 min earlier than the appointed time. People who came later than us all went in and yet we're wasting our time here sitting around! So frustrating. Where's point of making appointment if I need to wait 30min around for it?

Went for my babies immunisations female dr only gave half the injections, never went through blue book and never did anything other then two injections and put stickers in book. When I called to see what was going on she blamed receptionist for the dr mistakes, made a formal complaint with hccc

Ended up not seeing my GP due to overbooking. 3pm appointment..I arrived at the clinic 240pm and by 4pm I was still waiting so I decided to leave the clinic and asked the reception if my GP can call me instead once he's free. He called at around 530pm and consultation was done over the phone.

I’ve been going here for 3 years and last time I went I was refused service and told to find a new doctor because they no longer treat people who are unvaccinated against coNvid-19. What a joke, what kind of doctors behave like this??? Absolutely disgraceful.

Scheduled a telehealth appointment for 11:30am, still no call at 2:15pm and the phone line has been turned off. Highly unprofessional service with no emphasis on customer wellbeing. Will not use or recommend this pathetic service to anyone again.

Came in was in urgent need to see the doctor the place was empty receptionist put my name down to see dr Benedict I went to the toilet came out receptionist had a smirk and said she can’t see you she’s got to many calls. Don’t recommend!!

Been going to place for years but it's only it's convenient. Only Dr Kathir seems to be good. The other two doctors are terrible. Often dismissive and lacks knowledge. Avoid if possible. I'm going to stop going

In the last six months I have had a severe kidney infection and recently broke my ankle. Dr kathir and Dr Benedicto have been excellent. They are thorough in their treatment and kind and friendly. Thank you

By far one of the worst doctors surgery’s I’ve ever been to. No one ever answers the phone even if you call 8 times, you leave a message like their stupid voicemail says & no one calls back.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. The Staff, Doctors and Nurse are amazing. Everyone has to remember they are humans and hectic looking after us so be patient when waiting .

We appreciate the care Seven Hills Family Medical Centre provides our family. Thank you especially to Dr Benedicto who helps us with a plan to feel healthy again after not feeling well.

Dr Benedicto is such a caring and very professional Doctor. She has been looking after my mother for over 4 years and is always so wonderful and compassionate. Great medical care.

Best place if you’re feeling unwell. Good drs and a diabetic nurse who is very understanding I’d give this place a 10 out of 10

Surgery just opened I was the second person in to see the doctor waited over an hour for nothing. Worst surgery I been too.

It was really good plus no wait so. Was very quick not like other medical centre wait is like 2 to 3 hrs save my time .

Have used the Medical Centre for 23 years and I am very happy with their service. Can highly recommend this practice.
