Awful customer service from one woman with a beige coat, dark hair and glasses, came in and she was following me and my friend around everywhere we went very intensly, eyeing us up and down judgementaly being rude and unfriendly. Definitely did not make it a welcome shopping experience for us. Didn't feel comfortable browsing anymore than I did and left.

Brought a card game for $70 to find it has been used, with cards missing and full of scratches. Keep up the good work. Great form. Do you sell off used products all the time ? I made contact with you over a week ago and get no reply, then message your page to also get not reply. Great service without a doubt.

Amazing customer service! They even have a kids play area and lots of toys! It was a very fun family outing and a day that the kids will never forget! 100% recommend if looking for somewhere to take ur children on the school holidays.
