Apparently whoever runs their Insta page thinks that making post comments insulting and misgendering RACK-informed adults into attending their classes is a good business practice. They even mistook an expensive, hand-crafted item with one of their cheap products. I met the owner a couple of years ago and got serious creepy vibes but gave him the benefit of the doubt, but this just confirmed my suspicions. Go to Eagle Leather or Twisted Toys instead of this place

Came in with the intention of just buying some simple lube, left with a little more and was happy with the assistance from the staff member. Everything was neatly organised (or at least as neat as it could be for some items) well displayed and clearly labelled so there was no confusion.

Staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Store was well set out. Prices were reasonable. Left with more than i anticipated with and the promise that I'd be back.

I love how many unique items this store stocks, and there is so much stock to chose from, every spot is full of stock...and the staff are great, full of knowledge …
