This has been my only car wash since they first opened many, many years ago, and I was always pleased. Something has happened. There are now negative issues and one excellent issue: Their website says open 24 hr. I went twice today before 0800; their gate closed. Came back a third time at 1030 and got in. They no longer have hot water but have the hot water sign still posted. I put in the $5 bill for the usual 20 minute wash I’d been getting for years. It stopped at 15 minutes and required more money. I just needed another 2 minutes to wash off the pink foam, so added an extra $1, but it wouldn’t add time. It accepts only coins for add-on time. I had no coins. Had to add another $5 bill to wash off the foam for 2 minutes. There was also no wheel cleaner. I wasted time waiting for it to come out of the nozzle only to discover there was none. I went to their office/storage area in back for assistance and to discuss the $11 I just spent on a cold 15 minute partial wash. No one answered the door. Went to the vacuum bay. Vacuum out of service. Went to another vacuum bay. Vacuum out of service. Zero quality control at this facility now. Their only ‘excellent’ issue is that they excel at ripping you off. Time to move on to another car wash.

John is the on-site 24/7 manager and he is there to help and inform. Tonight, he showed me their car wash system tanks to prove the operation does not cut corners. The set-up is pristine, quality non-diluted products, and state-of-the-art. 20 minutes for $5 of top-shelf car care is not a gimmick. Also, check out their products machine. The prices are lower than some retail stores! Lots of space, security cameras to keep the place safe, and on-site service. It's rare to find a business that delivers on what it promises, and this place does. So please, take care of it for all of us who enjoy a place to detail our cars ourselves. Thanks John!

Coin and bill accepter was not working, so only credit card. I dislike using a card for small dollar items like this What I like is buying 15 min for $5. What I dislike, requirement to swipe my card multiple times to add a minute or 2 Multiple soap dispenser nozzles are not well marked I never use the brush except on my tires since the brushes at many wash bays tend to scratch your paint, so I typically disobey the sign and bring my own rag. Sorry, I like my car. Overall it's a good value and I will be back

Perfect place for washing your own car or somebody else's! Equipment always works well and good amount of time for the $. Update... Rates adjusted for inflation I guess ‍♂️ nonetheless still the go to place for me and my Betty Blu Update #2 - quality of equipment going down hill and costs going up. Doesn't accept cash anymore, credit card swipe hit or miss and inaccurate. Only got 9 mins for $4.75 ‍♂️ Looking for a new spot to self clean unfortunately.

Decent enough car wash. I do understand why most customers use self wash docks instead of automatic wash features. This happened to me for a third time. After automatic cycle is finished and you exit auto area the back end of your vehicle is entirely covered by soapy foam. Doesn't seem like it's a normal thing to find after you're done washing your vehicl and yet it still happening. Not sure what can be done about it, but it explains why everyone uses self wash.

Not sure what's up with this place it was my go to car wash and was 24hr. Pulled up today at 6:30am and it's closed. Not only that but the past few times the equipment has been functioning questionable and not washing as good as it use to. I had another review on here that was positive and recommended this place but I had to delete that and write a new one. For the price it's great but for the wash not so much.

I came to this place because the car wash for the value of the money is cheap compared to other manual car wash stations. However, for the first time, my issue is with the vacuums. There is no suction whatsoever when the machine is running. I mean this literally. So they have an issue with the vacuum. Other than that, the place is great to wash your vehicle. You can’t beat $5 for 15 min.

I would like a refund… the products were not available such as the high pressure soap it only dispenses water and hot clear coat wasn’t event warm, we had to resort to using the soap brush and regular rinse, facility was clean but the signage was also confusing one sign stated dispense coins for more time and another said to wait until time expires. I have video and photos …

Here at 11:18 am on 1/10/23 trying to wash car. In the bay next to drive thru wash and the high pressure gun doesn't work. Tried calling the number posted three times no answer. I'm here now. I don't want to leave a message, get a callback and have to come back for a resolution. What a waste of money. Don't waste your time here.

Fantastic car wash option with a flat fee for 15 minutes of self wash. Well maintained and clean facilities with excellent customer service. I accidentally left two custom mats for my vehicle and they held onto them for me to retrieve later. One of the best self wash options in SA!

The machines have always worked for me, so I can’t say anything but good things about this place. I usually never have to wait for a bay, and it’s a decent area or at least I’m never met with any shady characters while I’m drying the car.

Had a good car wash experience! Compared to other car wash it was a decent place for me to come wash my car ! The manager there was very polite and friendly. Totally recommend it.. Also accepts card very convenient.

15 minutes for 5 bucks is a good deal and the pressure wands actually work I was very impressed I've been to other car washing places and spent more money with really bad results Shadetree Car wash is the bomb!!!

It's OK for a quick clean, but frequently some parts are not working... Purchased most expensive wash and it was done quickly with an inadequate rinse. Soap still on hood.

5 Dollars for 20 Min.... You cant go wrong this place, its affordable and you got great time to fully wash your truck. I highly recommend this place for a car wash

Nice little car wash. Establishment is clean and all equipment is fully functional. Plenty of soap distribution through hoses and brushes.

Believe it or not, went through the 18 dollar wash and car was still dirty. Car was washed 30 min ago .....
