We’ve been coming to this car wash for a long time but after today, won’t be coming back. There’s a little old Mexican guy with old red Toyota just sitting in his car any time we went there and watching people, kind a creepy. We thought he’s there to keep the place clean but instead he acts like he’s the owner. We pay for the service we use at that car wash or any other but this place was the only one where we were told that we can’t use buckets or sponges to wash our cars, because there are others that need to wash their cars? Why is that our problem? We got there first and pay for water or soap so we’re supposed to rush just because someone else is waiting? The old man was rushing us to hurry and I told him we pay for the service like everyone else and I’ll use what ever I need to wash our cars. There’s a car wash on every corner and we used many of them but were never told to hurry up or not to use buckets. If we go to any car wash and there’s a line we don’t rush anyone because we know it takes time for it, besides there’s a construction so your cars get dusty right after you wash it. Won’t be going to this location again.

Wash was excellent, I was able to skip in late night and cleanup all the residue from the vehicle. Hot soap works best. I was disappointed in the vacuum. I had hair fibers and other incriminating debris on floorboard and backseat i needed removed but the vacuum shut off too quickly and I had no more coins. Didn't want to risk using cc. UPDATE: I went Tues late night @ midnight and the stall to the Right of coin charger ripped me off. Charged 10.00 to card but the spray nozzle didn't work at all. I used foam brush for 30 seconds before realized. I stopped wash but was charged 10.00 anyway. Used another stall worked well enough but it smelled slightly like egg or Sulphur. I used to love this car wash. No number listed to contact for payment issues. Not happy about double charging.

As of 4 months ago this was the only place I would wash my car. I was even willing to put up with the hilariously atrocious driveway situation while roadwork was going on. But today I am sad to say I will not be returning. The new drive way is more like a skate ramp and less like an entrance. Even driving in at an extreme angle I scraped my exhaust (in the middle of my car) against the sharp edge. The way it’s angled literally makes no sense. This wash recommended to me by a fairly large group of performance car owners/enthusiasts. I am unfortunately going to have to tell them all not to return for fear of destroying their cars. What the hell were they thinking...

In a city full of terribly maintained car washes, this car wash serves as a beacon of hope. Everything works here, and if something doesn’t then there is usually an attendant on site to help you. No leaky hoses leaking over me. All the soaps were actually available. Good water pressure. Its well cleaned and maintained. This is literally the ONLY car wash I’ve been to where the tri-coat polish foam gun actually worked properly. The vacuums worked great. Prices are very reasonable. I will be going out of my way to go here regularly. I was blown away by the quality of this car wash.

My favorite "self-service" car wash. I drive 20 minutes or so to this location whenever I need a good wash. I've washed my car multiple times here and have had no problems so far. They accept cash or Credit Card. Being able to use a Credit Card is very convenient. The price is very fair. Strong water pressure, soaps/cleaners are always stocked up, brush with tons of soap for scrubbing, great suction on the vaccums, shade spot for vaccuming and drying your car. One thing I wish changed is for the vaccums to last a bit longer. But I will still keep coming back.

Very nice place. People respect the rules there. The area is clean and the machines work great. 07/12/2021 This is my update. I'm switching this to 4 stars because I don't like the vacuums timing. It's a great place but after many times I've been there hoping the vacuums timing would improve, it has not. If the head person reads this please up the timing on the vacuums. I really like this place but the time on the vacuums is very short. I've been to other places but this place has too short of timing. Like I said, I really like this place.

My first visit and this is probably my new spot. The self-service car wash near my house was replaced with an automatic style...I hate those! Zip-in had good pressure, a clean brush, and the credit card reader works. Seems simple, but it makes the difference. The bumps going in and out of the driveways are a little high for a lowered Mustang but luckily she's on airbags and I can lift her up going in/out. And that's not something the Owner had a lot of control over either. Just an FYI for other BagRiders.

Found my new car wash for the NW side of town. Idk what's going on with these other self serve washes like swiftwater lately, but they ALWAYS seem to have problems. Non working machines, non foaming brushes, trashy nasty looking, machines taking money not working.. and so on. They all seem to be getting worse every week.. Not this place. Very clean, great sturdy feeling equipment, great foaming soap and brushes etc.

The prices are fair for the time given The equipment is nice and works properly All machines operate off of quarters Vacuums have good suction The grounds are clean Staff are friendly and helpful They request that you do not play loud music as there is a neighborhood right behind it, so bring headphones if you want to listen to music This is where I will be taking all of my vehicles to clean them from now on!

This car wash is outstanding. Great hose pressure. It distributes plenty of soap through the brushes and high pressure hose. Their vacuums are nice and powerful with a shade canopy over them. The prices are reasonable. I ended up here due to the first wash I went to had terrible pressure and NO soap being dispensed at all. You can't go wrong at this facility. Who owns this business is doing a great job.

Decent facility conveniently located in a residential area. The water was heated and all the functions worked well which is nice. The grounds seemed relatively well maintained and there were quite a few people cleaning their vehicles. However, the time seems to go by rather quickly. It would be much cooler if they had a deal where you got like 25 minutes for 4 or 5$ and free vacuums.

Very clean and well kept. Gives you the option to get tokens with a card which is greatly appreciated since I don't really carry cash. I have a small compact and it took $6 to wash from start to finish. Really good price. Vaccums aren't free but I was fine with that since the wash was so cheap. The vaccums are also very strong which was great. Definitely, my new car wash place.

Had tokens to use the vacuum, but ran out just before I finished. Swiped my debit card to get an extra minute. First swipe - nothing...second swipe- nothing...third swipe...machine finally came on, BUT just for 1 min. Looked at my account and got charged $10.00 for 1 minute of vacuum use! Be cautious if you're using your card. Will be contacting management.

Everything worked great and was wiping down my vehicle when the worker cleaning up lit a cigarrette. I told the owner who was nearby washing his truck and he said he would tell the guy but then went right back to washing his truck. Some people just have a different idea of customer service or lack of... everything was great except for the smoke cough cough

Way too expensive. The quality overall was fine/average. Some of the functions like pre-soak, spray soap, and wax didn't work at all the bay I was using. It wasn't terrible, but between the overpriced time, lack of functions, and plenty of reasonable alternatives to choose from, I'll never use this car wash again.

I wasn’t sure what happened but I was charged $20 on my card ?? Is there anyone to contact regarding the price /getting my money back I went just this past Sunday and checked my bank account and see a charge for 20? I swiped 2x the sign said $1.25 I didn’t even vacuum my car …

One of my favorite self eases in Northwest SA. Next to a pizza hut and a Valero. Always maintained. Equipment turned up and supplied. Quiet and plenty of shade. Local construction on De Zavala has kept the summer crowds. $6 or less will wash most vehicles. Good business!

Visited this morning based on positive reviews. Very happy with results. Clean, working equipment and an attendant present! After poor experience with automatic drive-thru washes this is the best. With vacuum spent under $13 and car looks great. Definitely recommend.

Pretty good car wash. I usually can tell how good a car wash is based on their triple foam applicator and this place is pretty good, good pressure, however stars removed as the pricing is very off. Almost ten dollars and can't even get a 20 mins. Needs improvement.

Total spent was $4.50 to rinse, wash, scrub , wax and spot rinse my Jeep . Takes card or cash, $1.25 to start hand washing / $1.00 to vacuum. Over all had 8 stalls and was there for about 10 minutes. Will definitely go again, nice and open , definitely felt safe

This place is great! So far the beat one around this area in my opinion. It also has a variety of towels and other detailing and cleaning supplies in case you forgot something. I do think they can improve on the power of the vaccines, bu it was great regardless.

The lady running or working there is cool. Nice person. Car wash is pretty cool everything works for a change. My top car wash for now. Cons some people whom go wash there cars trucks . Don't know how to wash for ....... Crazy. How you even allowed driving?

Everything works nice and looks clean, but I used my card to use the vacuum and it charged me $10 instead of $1, and only gave me 3 minutes. I still had to use quarters and was just frustrated. Will come here again and will only use quarters.

I don't even use the scrub brush and it still gives a great wash. You just need to wait a few seconds after everytime you switch modes on the pressure washer for the soap to start coming out and then it does a great job.

This car wash is exemplary of the best in the buisness. The pressure actually cleans your car. You get a total at the end of your wash when swiping your card. And all the amenities actually work when you pay for them.

I used credit card for payment and I was charged $10 just for soap and rinse which is usually under $3. I have used credit card for other locations too but never were charged more than $4 after initial hold.

My favorite car wash in San Antonio because the water pressure is good to where most of them are not. The only bad thing is the entrance and exit is dirt hopefully it gets fixed soon and back to normal

This is the best car wash I have ever been to. The colorfoam and wax combo will leave your vehicle looking like the paint is wet. They have vacuums and an attendant here in the daytime as well.

Very soft brush, doesn't scratch paint or plastic trim like other self-service car washes do. Brush's foam is also very plentiful. Hose arms are also very maneuverable and don't get stuck.

Just ran in to get the main dirt off of the car. All the bins were filled. Car wash has perfect pressure and good wax for final clean. Manager on sight, so that was a good feeling.

Convenient location. Takes credit cards. Hot soapy water. Left my ride looking shiny and new. I did not use the vacuum so no comment there. Will definitely use this place again!

I was impressed the first time I visited for a wash. I been coming back every since. Water pressure , brush, soaps , conditioner, and wax is really good. I'll keep coming back.

Vacuum needs to last longer. $1 barely gives enough time to vacuum half the car. Been to plenty of other car washes that don’t screw you over like this.

Full service drive thru tunnel car wash. Free vacuums and hand towels are great. You can also check and air up your car tires which is very useful.

Card and cash are accepted and clean, and the vacuums also have a fragrance function. I've been here several times and never had an issue.

It's a great place to wash your car. They have everything available from window clean wipes to spray fragrances. Its clean and easy.

They only accept credit cards which is unfortunate but it's the best wash hands down. The only one I've found with HOT water wash!

I can do a self care wash here with under $7 and get my car cleaner than the drive thru kind. You can use a card or cash.
