Poor experience from a buyer perspective. Shawn was pushy and came across sexist to my partner behind my back. Similar experience with another friend of mine and his partner. He tried to make us put a payment down we did not want and when we pushed back he made things very awkward and treated us like garbage. I would never sell with this business as they are only considerate to their own customers and not to the actual buyers themselves. We are glad we never bought the place we offered on in the first place. Never spoke to Kym so cannot comment on her - although I feel bad for her.

Quick͏ sale with better than expected price It was always a pleasure dealing with Shawn and Kym in my recent sale! Notable was the always prompt communication and thorough explanation of the current market conditions and possible approaches to it to get the best price. I eventually got about 15K more than I was really expecting (sold for 343), and I felt I was given a lot more attention than I quite often get from agents. There was none of that situation where you feel people are keeping something from you and have no idea when you'll sell! Highly recommended.
